Quick, easy, simple - made our holiday a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend and use them again next time.

Absolutely brilliant team. We were in a little early for drop off and they made changes to accommodate us. Coming back with family I was nervous but the driver timed it perfectly. Car was clean (as I left it) and both drivers were very courteous. Definitely using Terminals Parking, Heathrow next time.

Everything worked smoothly from drop off at T5 to collection 2 weeks later. Very efficient service at a reasonable price.

Avoid at all costs! Terminals Parking gave appalling service. Despite calling them as instructed 30 minutes before arrival at T3, they were 30 minutes late to pick up the car, arriving at 8:15 instead of 7:45, causing unnecessary stress and almost resulting in missing my flight. Return was also dismal, waited 30 minutes after my call. Will not be using these people again and will be instructing my sales team not to use them either.

Excellent service. The return flight was 35 minutes early and we had no luggage to collect so were out of the airport within 15 minutes and car was available for collection within 5 minutes. Highly recommended and excellent value for money

Terminal 5 @ Heathrow. Very easy instructions given for before and after. Speedy service from start to finish. Would definitely use again.

Called 20 minutes before arriving at Heathrow- arranged to meet on level 3 - we were given easy instructions- car handed over no problem with details given for collection. On arriving back same again - I called ahead, got to the collection point car arrived within 5 minutes - fully recommend!
