Service and paying of car park is good.

Excellent communication. Quick phone call to centre and driver was there to meet us. Drivers were friendly and great. On returning driver brought car to said area. Very friendly and professional. Nice touch was that I was given ticket to leave the parking lot. This would of been £5 so nice that it was included in the price. Could not recommend more.

Once again a great service delivered both checking in and at collection. Things were not as expected at collection as the U underpass to T2 was blocked by an accident. Plan B on the advice and direction of Terminals Parking Meet and Greet was to collect at T5, which worked perfectly well and saved me a two hour delay.

All went very smoothly, happy with the service provided.

Wonderful experience from Terminal Parking Meet and Greet. This is my first experience using a meet and greet. Usually, do the bus ride from the car park to terminal. Meet and greet was an eye opener. Just get to the terminal, drop off the vehicle and head to checkin counters. And, not to forget good pricing as well for a weeks parking. Improvement can be made on approach to terminal 5. May be photo addition if lanes and which to be in. Thanks!
