Very good, I was late due to an accident on the M4, they were there waiting for me at T5 no problem. On the way home, great on such a cold day to get into such a warm car.

No problems at all with drop off and pick up. Staff and car there on time, no fuss. Very good value. I will use them again.

Overall the service was okay for the price but one of the numbers given to us was not a valid number and the other was not answered and we had to ring the head office to get through initially. Once we did, everything was fine although I would have liked a copy of the mileage and fuel level before we left.

Works really well and excellent value for money. Parked my car effectively at Heathrow Terminal 5 short stay for 3 days and paid just over £40 for that. Drivers at both ends were courteous and efficient.

We use Meet and Greet companies a lot and Park and Go have been the best. Very quick collecting and delivering the car. Friendly and thorough staff. Will use again.

The handover for both departure and arrival was efficient and smooth. The drop off point in the car park was easy to find and it was only a couple of minutes into the terminal. Very good service. Would definitely use again.
