The service was prompt and polite. The directions on where to leave & collect the car were very precise and, unlike some other companies, in accordance with LHR's T5 Meet & Greet policies. My only word of caution would be that the cheaper prices offered are due to this company not having "onsite" facilities, so it is very important that you follow the instructions on when to call them carefully in order to avoid delays.

Very bad experience with Terminals Parking. In my way to the airport, I tried to call them with one of numbers provided but no response at all. Then I tried other company ( 5 stars), then they send me a driver to save the situation. In my way back, they did not transfer the order and my payment to the other company.

I missed my connecting flight and the next flight landed an hour later than scheduled, losing my luggage, and there wasn't a word of recrimination from Park & Go, just a smooth, very friendly handover. I was highly impressed. Thanks guys!

Prompt and efficient service at a good price. Car looked a bit of a mess being left out in the open. Might be a good idea to offer a clean car on return. Some confusion on pick up at terminal 3. Was told to take the lift to level 3. At the arrival hall (which is Chaotic) the lift ONLY says to Park 3 and goes up one level. From there you have to walk up to next level and from there take the lift to level three. It would have been helpful to know this as I had to call Park And Go office and still did not get right information. Made the collection a bit stressful after a fourteen hour flight.
