Prompt service even though I arrived early for both departure and arrival.

The service we received was efficient and friendly. We didn't have to wait at either stage. Our return flight was delayed by over three hours, but this was not a problem for them. Thank you, we will use you again.

I have used your service in the past and have been content. However, there was a 20-30 wait on the outward journey this time and a slightly shorter wait on the return so not so good this time.

Every thing went as planned. The only thing that went wrong was on the back of the card I was given by the person who was there to pick up my car had two phone numbers. The first number was to tell them that the plane had landed the second was to tell them that we had got our cases. We could not get through on the second number no matter how many times I tried, so had to ring the first number again. But apart from that all went well & would use it again.
