Reviewed on 23rd February 2016The Meet and Greet service is fast and efficient. We were quite badly delayed in the last mile or so on our approach and the driver waited for us to arrive. On our return, our bags arrived quickly, not leaving much time for the car to be delivered to us - but we only had to wait about 5 mins for our car.

Reviewed on 19th February 2016Excellent service without time wasting. The only slight problem is calling the mobile numbers as the background noise makes it almost impossible to hear what is being said. Otherwise well worth it.

Reviewed on 18th December 2015Despite calling as requested before arrival and giving my exact arrival time at drop off, I still had to wait for the personnel. Same thing coming back, only this time, I called twice, once just before passport control to say I had landed and a second time when I had picked up my bag. I had to wait 15 minutes for my car to arrive - why bother calling twice in this case? Waste of time and energy!
