A38 Meet and Greet Reviews

We've used A38 Meet & Greet before and this time was fine apart from being told off for not phoning 30 minutes before arrival at the airport. It's always been 20 minutes and our email instructed us to call 20 mins prior. However the staff member was not happy saying it will 'quite clearly' say 30 minutes on our email. Well it 'quite clearly' doesn't say that!

Very busy the day we collected, however car was delivered to us all OK in about 15 -20 minutes. We would always choose A38 Meet & Greet as preferred operator.

Good drop off servíce and arrived promptly on our return. Friendly staff. Car looked like it had just completed the Dakar Rally as it was absolutely plastered in dust ………

Great apart from the fact we were unaware that we had to leave the exit parking fee with the guy which was included with previous P& G and the car was very dusty on our return after 17 days, so not sure where it had been parked.

Generally a good service. Friendly people. Only slight downside is with other companies used for this service the driver was always there to collect the car as we arrived, and just waited 2-3 minutes for car to be returned on arrival back at the airport. We confirmed, as requested when we were 20 minutes away, but still had to wait another 10 minutes after arriving at the airport to be met. On returning, the delay was 20 minutes after we called to confirm we were in the car park. Not the end of the world, and weather was good, so not a major issue, but would not want to be hanging around like that in poor conditions. Otherwise, a good service, and will certainly use again.

Outbound perfect ! The contact was waiting for us .. inbound due to staff shortage we hung around for 30 minutes or so .. communication was good and I would recommend.

Rather a long delay for the car to be returned to the airport parking area. On phoning, it was indicated that there were three cars to be delivered before mine.. not what I woud have expected.

Have used previously and has always been good. The collection was good but had to wait 25-30 minutes to have the car delivered back to me when I returned to UK. The lady driver was great and helped with the cases. Didn't like hanging around for the 25-30 minutes.

A little chaotic when we arrived on 22 May and I have to say minibus pretty sad. On return from holiday the service was excellent with car being delivered pleasantly and promptly. Thank you.

On drop off was okay but guy was quite a bit longer than said, I left plenty of £14 of coins for him to let himself out assuming he would only use six so we had enough on return to get out of the carpark, but there was only £2 left , I’m assuming it cost him more because he was late , but I shouldn’t of had to pay for his lateness. Pick up was perfect.
