A38 Meet and Greet Reviews

I was a bit apprehensive, but it worked fine. We had a bit of a wait on arrival, but probably only 10 minutes or so, and they arrived promptly on our return, even though it was in the early hours.

Great service from start to finish. Only complaint is the smell of cigarettes in the car from the driver.

Great service on dropping off the car early in the morning and same when picking it up week later in the afternoon. Will be using again and already recommended to my friends.

Great experience however the pickup was ten minutes or so after we were told so no big deal but middle of the night and cold!

Very easy to liaise with. Excellent service all round. I did have to chase up on the return as when I landed I sent a text to say we’d be out around 2am but it appears that didn’t trigger through until I called, meaning another 30 minutes cold wait at 2am with 3x children. But it does say to call so maybe if I had (rather than text) maybe it would have been seamless. Very polite chaps, the guy did apologise for the wait. I would definitely recommend and use again personally. Thank you.

Dropping off our car on the outward bound journey was faultless no issues at. On return however there was a delay of about 30 minutes which was quite frustrating. We were told thet the delay was due to an issue with delays in aircraft landings and the lack of driving staff.

Had to wait 15 minutes when dropping off the car in Bristol drop and go for the car to be taken away. But on the way home the car was there straight away. Will definitely use again. Much cheaper than Bristol meet and greet.

Good price for a weeks stay, didn’t realise now have to pay £5 carpark fee for pick up too. Used to be only exit £5 fee I have paid with other companies. A bit tardy bringing car back to me, but no real biggie !! All in all I would use them again.

Good company, everything ran very smoothly.

Realy good service except for two small hiccups . The first being that our car wasn’t available for twenty minutes instead of the five that we were told and the second was that the driver who delivered the car virtually dumped the key in my hand and sped off because he said that he had to catch his lift . These are however, small problems and we would definitely use your company again in the future .
