A38 Meet and Greet Reviews

Overall the service was very good. However, the “meet and greet” aspect is a little misleading. On arrival at the car park at Bristol we had to wait approximately 10 minutes, and on our return we had to wait again for approximately 15 minutes for our car to be brought to the car park. This was of no great significance and I would definitely use the service again, however, “meet and greet” was not quite what I was expecting.

Excellent service, (although a 10 minutes wait on return this time, usually under 5 minutes) I will be using again, drivers always helpful and polite and good value for the benefits of valet parking.

Excellent communication and prompt pick up and delivery. Pleasant to deal with - car was returned with a small scratch but they agreed to pay without any argument- would definitely use again.

Few issues when dropping of the vehicle at the airport, which may have been to some degree to me having to make two changes from the original booking, though it was a little worrying, but after that super service, phone call day before to confirm return flights, on arrival Nick was there within a few minutes So in summary great service, great price, efficient and courteous Many thanks to Nick and Sophia no hesitation in using them again in the future. Easy and convenient, no problems at all. Although, a couple of things in the instructions were not that clear to me. It wasn't clear that you had to give the operative £5 to exit the airport, I thought it meant that you had to pay £5 when YOU left the airport after your trip. Second, arrival times at airports can be a bit flexible so that although you have booked a time, I would have liked to have known a bit better what to do if I was early (or late). Otherwise, yep, great, I would definitely use this service again.
