Seamless on my outgoing journey was really good. Unfortunately my return trip was not good. Waited and waited for transport (Had a baby with us) in the end made our own way. Complained but was told that the transport was running every 20 mins. We stood in cold and and rain for over 30 mins? Got a cursory apology and said that was not good enough. Went to try and find my car which had been moved final straw for me. Will not use again and given my experience would not recommend anybody else does especially if they have young children.

Service was very good and friendly however it was so muddy my shoe got stuck in the mud which made me fall and there was mud all over our cases which then brought it into my car so we was all stinking. Don’t think I would use this car park again.

Okay but needs to be a better system to make return pick-ups fair for everyone. Despite being booked on for 1 o’clock, being at the pick-up point prior to this time and phoning the company to inform them that we were there, we were unable to get on the first bus that arrived because people who arrived after us pushed in front of us. The same thing happened with the second bus. I informed the driver of our plight but he just shrugged and said, “Nothing I can do about it.” We didn’t end up getting on a bus until 2 o’clock and this is simply not acceptable.

The service is excellent as usual but the mud really is unacceptable. I drove in with a clean car and was handed it back with muddy puddles all over the carpet. I also had to wade through mud to get to it.

Good location and easy access, however immediately on arrival the lady in reception had an instant bad attitude towards me and sighing and huffing even after realising a minor miscommunication on there end. On return , I called from luggage collection to say we were ready. I was told that I had to wait to call until we were stood outside waiting. Then, after calling from outside we were left waiting in the cold for a short while. All in all good and it works and does what you need but can improve on our experience in the future

Efficient & pleasant service but my car was parked in deep mud causing mess. I complained via text but no response. Car park needs resurfacing.

You need to inform people that Oakwood Parking don't transport oversize baggage items to the airport. We arrived at Oakwood at 4.30 in the morning, but before I could park the car I had to leave my young daughter alone at the airport with a surfboard bag while I went back to Oakwood to drop the car off. Bar that it's just a mini bus and driver so not much room to go wrong you'd hope.

Only one problem. When my luggage was offloaded it was onto a very muddy ground with some attempt at a covering of chippings, more mud than chippings. Consequently I had quite a lot of cleaning to do when I got home. Inside the car and our luggage. Not good enough, the change over should be done on a hard paved area.

Poor return of vehicle, arrived at 02:00 & just dropped in the muddy wet yard with no information as to where the car was to be collected. Wandered around the parking area with the rain increasing & paddling in the mud. Eventually another van arrived & I asked where the car might be & was directed to a distant area. Here I found the car blocked in by another with no one in sight. I went to a lit cabin where I found someone sat in the warm & dry who eventually gave me my key. After a heated exchange regarding the lack of contact on arrival at the site someone was found to move a car to enable me to leave.
