Reviewed on 7th October 2019Only one problem. When my luggage was offloaded it was onto a very muddy ground with some attempt at a covering of chippings, more mud than chippings. Consequently I had quite a lot of cleaning to do when I got home. Inside the car and our luggage. Not good enough, the change over should be done on a hard paved area.

Reviewed on 3rd October 2019Poor return of vehicle, arrived at 02:00 & just dropped in the muddy wet yard with no information as to where the car was to be collected. Wandered around the parking area with the rain increasing & paddling in the mud. Eventually another van arrived & I asked where the car might be & was directed to a distant area. Here I found the car blocked in by another with no one in sight. I went to a lit cabin where I found someone sat in the warm & dry who eventually gave me my key. After a heated exchange regarding the lack of contact on arrival at the site someone was found to move a car to enable me to leave.

Reviewed on 27th September 2019On our return to Bristol I phoned to say we were back and was told a bus would be there in 5-10 minutes. We actually waited over 15 minutes before it turned up. Returning to the car park there seemed to be no system for having keys ready to hand back - the receptionist had to go through all the trays of keys with each person before locating the correct key. Then there was no indication as to where the car was - we were all told just to 'press the key fob and your lights will come on'. Bearing in mind it was midnight and raining it was not a pleasant experience wandering round a dark muddy yard trying to find one's car. After 10 minutes I gave up and asked the bus drivers help. He was rather abrupt with me, which I felt was unnecessary. When we left there were still people wandering round the yard try to find their cars. This does not constitute good service and though the week's parking was very reasonably priced I won't be using them again because of the poor service on our return.

Reviewed on 26th September 2019Based on my departure flight I would give 5, but on arrival back to the UK I was the first to get to the bus for collection and the guy did not smile, I had a huge case and another small one on my own, he saw me struggling and did nothing, I said 'would you mind giving me a hand to get it in the back because its heavy' and without a reply he did it, but clearly he hated his job, did not want to be there or help a lady with her bag. The van was filthy and when I went in to get my keys the guy behind desk asked for my reg and as I started to say it he shouted 'ALRIGHT' before I finished. He gave me the keys and asked me to shut the door on the way out, didn't even tell me where to start looking for my car, it was dark and about 2330, the car park was huge so some guidance would have been nice.

Reviewed on 5th September 2019It did the job but was very diy in the fact that the transfer bus drivers refused to help load the suitcases and said we had to do it ourselves because of health and safety? The car park was also very muddy and dirty and left our car and cases stinking. Like I say though it did it’s basic job which was leave your car and get to the airport and back.

Reviewed on 29th July 2019When we arrived the access to the car park was narrow and congested. We parked on uneven ground. The minibus taking us to the airport was nearby. On our return from holiday we had a 15 minutes wait before we were picked up by the minibus. It was 1.15 am. On our return to the car park it took about 10 minutes for the office to find our car key. Somebody has misspelt my name. Our car had mud on the roof and the back. I would not choose Oakwood Parking again.

Reviewed on 28th July 2019Ok I suppose, on arrival everything was great, but when we were being picked up. Considering we gave our flight number and times and were told they'd be waiting for us, they weren't. We rang and got oh he's just leaving, so at 2 in the morning with two small children were hanging around in the dark. When he did arrive out of four suitcases I put three in the van, he didn't wait for us to put seat belts on and didn't check to see the huge sliding door was shut which then my wife had to do. No level of care or professionalism at all really, the only reason I'd use them again is they were £30 cheaper than anyone else. Oh last one, when I did get to my car it was boxed in and had to wait again for someone to move another customers car out of the way. Not great but cheap.
