Reviewed on 26th August 2022no finished surface on Parking area so cases etc get dirty. vans filthy and well worn driver not willing to assist in any way with luggage etc.

Reviewed on 27th July 2022Transportation to and from airport was not great as the luggage was stacked up and falling over where people were sitting, my main criticism was when I collected my car it had been parked and backed up into bushes of brambles etc and left some scratches on the rear of my car after examination.

Reviewed on 16th July 2022Car park is very close to the airport and easy to find, so is convenient. On arrival we took our cases out and took the keys to reception. This wasn’t professional! Lots of staff outside the office all talking which included a lot of swearing, so don’t take children with you when dropping off your keys! We weren’t greeted by anyone and just stood inside while other people moved around us until someone asked for our paperwork. I know it’s cheaper parking than anywhere else but what has happened to basic courtesy! Cars were taken away quickly and parked. The drop off vans are frequent but don’t expect any help from the drivers with your luggage…that’s down to you! Suitcases are piled in the back of a van and it was left to clients to stack them safely. When the driver did get involved as some people were struggling, they were left to feel like they were putting him out! All in all would not use again!

Reviewed on 11th July 2022We have successfully parked with you 4 times this year with no complaints. However, on our 5th visit from 1/7/22 to 9/7/22 the experience was far from great. Having travelled on a late flight we were greeted by your staff member who told us that he didn't know where our car was as we 'weren't due in until the 9th and it is only the 8th' . This was the same for 2 other people who were also waiting to collect their cars. As our flight was due at midnight we had all booked our cars in until the 9th. He spent ages looking through the keys for both the 8th and 9th, in fact he looked through them about 4/5 times. Eventually after he said he would 'have to call one of the boys' to find our cars, our keys were spotted, I guess where they should be. His attitude left a lot to be desired and no apology was offered when all 3 car keys were eventually found. All in all we were 45 minutes delayed.

Reviewed on 11th July 2022Sadly things did not go well with the booking. When we arrived Oakwood had no record of the booking. I understand that these things can happen, but they could improve how they handle these situations and have a bit more customer focus. It was clearly not our fault, we had the paperwork, but it didn't appear on the system, they were trying all possible booking references in a bid to find it, but at no point offered reassurance that we would be able to park. At this point we were really worried we would not be able to park, and it was taking a long time. (We had loaded our bags on the minibus as instructed, but had to take them off, because that bus was leaving) In the end they decided to book us in again and asked us to pay. It would have been nice if they said don't worry, we will get you booked in and we will sort out the paperwork while you are away. The man on the desk was a bit grumpy, I am not sure he should be working in a customer facing job role. The return was better, we were late back due to a flight cancellation, but the girl on the desk found the booking, car keys etc, billed us the extra charge. A much friendlier service. The car was very dirty, they did offer to pressure wash the main of it off though which did help.

Reviewed on 5th July 2022Won't use again. Big queues for bus in pouring rain no shelters at site. On return again pouring down no shelter for queue for keys. Then they don't tell you where your car is (over there somewhere was the response I got) you have to play hunt the car in the dark. Not fun after a long day.

Reviewed on 5th July 2022I arrived back during the dark hours and was told my car was located in the top field. I proceeded to walk around an unlit field with with my bags, pressing my key fob trying to locate my car for 15 minutes, but I couldn’t find it. I went back to the office and was told I had to wait until the guy had dealt with a large queue that had gathered. The guy then walked around the same field with my key fob but still not found. Eventually he gave me a lift a couple of hundred yards up the road to another unlit field where my car was eventually located. The whole process from check in to driving away took 1 hour 15 mins which isn’t acceptable. The company didn’t have a process in place for locating vehicles, the parking areas are unlit and ground surfaces uneven which could prove dangerous to less agile customers.

Reviewed on 19th May 2022Several flights came in together, Oakwood transfer from airport to their facility could not cope with the number of people. Needed extra bus under these circumstances. Waiting approx 45 minutes.
