Reviewed on 3rd May 2022The lack of surface finish on the parking area is bad enough especially when wet, everything covered in mud. The worst condition of my car since l have used Bristol Airport over many years. Covered in what looked like Seagull excrement, l spent a long time the next day trying to clean it off the car, that is the last time l will use Oakwood Parking.

Reviewed on 29th April 2022Always use this company but on this and last occasion there too few vans to collect the queue and queue was disorganised with persons jumping the queue. Previously if you called the driver would take your surname and then only allow the persons on that had called. Why has this changed?

Reviewed on 7th December 2021It’s “off airport” and so you have to park and wait for the bus to drop you at the terminal … on the way in this meant about a 10 minute wait … on the return we had to wait over 30 minutes to get a ride back to our car …. Net net took about 40 minutes … this was because there was only one minibus and one driver who was also checking in and checking out folks ie MASSIVELY understaffed … he said “it doesn’t help when so many flights land at once” ie they already knew but decided not to put on extra staff.

Reviewed on 28th October 2021Arrived at night to find my car parked over 500 metres away from drop off in a field. Car covered in bird poo and had to walk up muddy track in pitch dark.

Reviewed on 12th October 2021A good location & good price close to the airport but the youngish driver on 03/10 0400 was pretty unhelpful. Faced with one bike box weighing 23Kg (not so much compared to others luggage), and easily lifted onto the van by me at 63 yrs & 68kg, he said we don't take bike boxes.No explanation given, and no help. Not the stress you want under pressure to get a flight.

Reviewed on 6th October 2021Having used this facility many times previously, and having provided an extremely good service, I'm afraid to say that our return journey from Greece back to Bristol was ruined by the Operative who was responsible for our collection from Bristol Airport and the return to our car in Oakwood. His attitude was extremely poor, from receiving our Airport return phone call made by my wife, then one from me, and then when we returned to Oakwood in the rain, we had to find our car which was wedged in completely by many other cars, thereby preventing our return home. We then had to sit and wait whilst he went back to the airport to collect other returning Holiday makers, and after a 20 minute wait in the cold, I approached him to complain, and he said Ill sort it turned his back on me, and never returned to offer an explanation or an apology. He was rude and certainly could benefit form a service delivery course of some kind, as his customer relations, attitude and dismissive behaviour throughout our contacts with him bordered on a couldn't be bothered type attitude. One person has ruined our view of this previously excellent provision.

Reviewed on 2nd October 2021Departing for our holiday was straight forward. Our return, not so. When we rang the mobile number to collect us, it kept cutting off, then eventually got through, but still had to wait a good half an hour and several calls before the mini bus turned up. Back at the car park, the reception was locked, so we had to wait for the driver to unload the cases before unlocking the cabin to retrieve our car keys. My dash cam had been removed from the windscreen and unplugged from the power. No other issues

Reviewed on 8th February 2020The transfer to the airport on departure was fine and really efficient. However on our return at around 22.00 it was a shambles. We waited around 40 minutes in freezing temperatures with only one bus on and people arriving constantly to get on the bus. There were 4 of us travelling and eventually 2 of the 4 managed to get on the bus to car park and drive back up to collect the other 2 with the cases. The next morning, I noticed the mud all over the sides of the car, on looking closer, the entire underneath of the car was covered in mud... obviously where the car had been driven through the car park at speed when being parked. I will not be using Oakwood parking again, which is a shame as we’ve previously had excellent service.

Reviewed on 1st January 2020Convenient for the airport and quick transfer times. Very little wait on return. Could do with better lighting at site though as it's a bit dangerous with lots of obstacles. Driver was a bit rude - people like that reflect poorly on the company. Just dont expect everyone to accept your rudeness, I certainly didn't. You get what you give from me mate.
