Close to airport and quick and easy to drop off. Collection was a different matter! Arrived at drop off point then called for pickup and was told 2 minutes. The van then arrived dropped off a single passenger then drove off. Didn't give me a chance to get to it before it disappeared. Phoned and was told another bus would be along in 5 to 10 minutes. Waited for 25 minutes. When I got to the car park picked up my keys but no car. Took another 20 minutes to locate my car.

The transfer on our way out (early afternoon) was fine, however on our return (early hours in morning) the driver was rude and snappy. He basically shouted at a young mother, her two small kids and sleeping baby for getting on the bus before he finished loading the bags on, even though she asked could she get on beforehand and he clearly said yes. He shouted at the father to get off because he shouldn't have started loading their baggage if it all wouldnt fit on. He drove like a maniac on the way back and was not careful wuth unloading the baggage. For the customer service level, I think the price is too high... I'd rather park and extra couple of minutes away from the airport to get someone who will collect with a smile and not end your holiday with total stress.

Bristol Airport. The car park where cars are delivered and collected was very muddy and there was no clean dry area to transfer luggage from the transfer vehicle to our car. Because of the muddy conditions the car mat on the drivers side was badly marked. The one airport transfer vehicle was very dirty both seats and luggage area and we had to wait some time for collection from the airport although transport to the airport on our outward trip was efficient and clean. Our telephone call to Oakwood Parking to point out these concerns was not handled well and we were told that the transfer was complementary and if we didn't like it "then take a taxi."

Disappointing experience this time as 3 of us were dropped off by the driver at 10.30pm on 7/5/19 and the office was closed. The driver didn't say anything and had just drove off and left us there. We called the driver and he said somebody would be there shortly. We waited around 10 minutes for a guy to come and open the office. Better communication needed.

No problem on arrival but on picking up no organisation, just a free for all scramble to who could get on the mini bus, otherwise you had to wait until it came back again in which you weren't guaranteed a place then!

The pick up from the airport was a complete shambles, 1 mini bus operating, instead of collecting travelers in order that they called, the bus just arrived, opened the back door and it was a free for all, people patiently queuing were left for the next trip as the bus went passed and parked further down, with no system or order, this was wrong. I partly blame some other customers as they were like a pack of animals, desperate to get on, despite the price I will not be using them in the future.

I have used this car park on numerous occasions but this will be the last. We arrived at the car park at 3:15 am and took our bags to the minibus and were told to get on the bus. We were then told “if you want your bags on holiday you’d better load them on the bus”. We are a family of 5 with young children. We had to get off the bus and load the bags whilst the driver just stood watching and no offer of help whatsoever.

We have used Oakwood lots of times but sadly not again. The staff were different this time but it was the fact that the car was covered in mud when we collected it that was really upsetting. It was also muddy inside so not acceptable I'm afraid.

Drop of to the airport was fine. As we arrived back home we were expecting our lift back to our car to be there and our little girl who was 16 months was ill.. The mini bus us turned up and got filled with people before we knew it... So that was fine didn't mind waiting for the next lift... As the buses were come our daughter was screaming crying and not once did any of the drivers say I am taking these first knowing that we had been waiting since the first bus... Eventually we got on to the 4th bus with a squeeze after waiting 2 and half hours.. Got back to the office and the driver would not let me wait on the bus with the baby and the cases while my partner went and got the car as it was freezing cold.. He made me get off.. I was not at all happy with your service.

The experience was fine except for the transport to and from, which was slow. On return I was given the driver's number but when I rang it was directed to leave a message. When I rang again because there was no one at the meeting point I was told 'we don't answer private numbers' - so what was the point of giving me the number? And then he was slow to arrive, my plane was already late but clearly not being monitored as promised, and I had a deadline to meet. Not very happy.
