Reviewed on 26th August 2018I had to find my car with all my luggage in a muddy field in the pitch black of night only to find it blocked in and had to go back to office who sent me to find van driver who sent me to office. Then had started moaning at each other. Not good after long flight.

Reviewed on 21st August 2018Very poor customer service. Arrived at 3am and there was no indication of where to go, everything was dark, just some random white van that is not marked up well at all with only a little sign on the bonnet of which cannot be seen in the dark. A man was in there and said to park up, not in any sort of uniform, just normal clothing which straight away gets you thinking as it could be anyone your giving your keys to. He doesn't even get out of the van to help with luggage or anything which is a basic service provided by all other airport parking services. All of this does in no way fill you with confidence that your car will be looked after. On the return you have to call the number then the same guy in a white van, very poorly marked up turns up and again does not even get out of the van or even acknowledge you, does not wear a seat belt and has the radio on loud, this is not professional in any way.

Reviewed on 28th July 2018Journey to airport was excellent. Arrived and bus was there waiting. Driver loaded cases into bus and we left for airport straight away. Journey home. After collecting our luggage tried in several occasions to ring but couldn't get an answer so we made our way to the drop off point. There is the driver just stood there. Two other people were loading their luggage onto the bus while the driver just watched. My partner then struggled to put our luggage in as there was very little luggage space. I explained to the driver that I'd been trying to get hold of him and he shrugged his shoulders. I got in the bus and he slammed the door shut behind me even though my partner was still loading our luggage on. Journey to car park, he drove 15 miles an hour all the way, not quite sure what that was all about. Got there and he stopped the bus and got out and just stood there while my partner and the other gentleman had to get their own luggage out. Ourselves and the other two people both said we wouldn't use these again as the driver was very rude and unhelpful. Our cars were absolutely stinking plus ours had a scratch on the front which was not there when we left it. Thank god we didn't take our new car! We have used this car park many times before but I'm afraid that driver let them down badly.

Reviewed on 17th July 2018Excellent arrival service, however, car had been moved and interior light left on for the duration, had flat battery on returning at 1am and minibus driver had no jump leads and refused to help bump start car - this was totally unacceptable, stranded at 1am in the dark. thankfully another customer had called AA as their car also had flat battery. Will not use this service again sadly.

Reviewed on 10th July 2018Oakwood is probably the best value Bristol Airport car parking facility but you get what you pay for in terms of grubby clunky minibus and a basic dirt bowl to park in, worst thing is returning in the dark hours and there’s no lighting so you are left scrabbling in the dark having to drag your case across stones which prevents case wheels from rolling so you have to carry your 20kgs to the car. Could do with some tarmac and lighting which would be a great improvement.

Reviewed on 9th July 2018They lost my car, I waited for an hour. The manager sorted it out by lending me his car to drive home and they delivered my car to me the next day once they'd found it. Quite scary!

Reviewed on 9th July 2018You seem to have run out of cheerful, helpful and friendly staff. Airport pick up by grumpy guy who had no plan what to do when more people than seats turned up and just failed to communicate anything. Also, you really need some lights for night time collection, it was quite chaotic. I’ll not book here after dark again.

Reviewed on 3rd July 2018No problems on entering and leaving my car. However when I arrived at the airport on my return there was no sign of a bus, I phoned and spoke to a lady who told me there would be a delay of at least 20 minutes before the next bus arrived.This was unacceptable to me. She gave an excuse of heavy traffic, I decided to walk to my car as this would be quicker than waiting. When I got there the lady at the desk was unapologetic about the delay as she handed over my keys. She was too busy eating her sandwich! Will I use this service again, NO.

Reviewed on 2nd July 2018Good on the trip to Bristol although no one was present when we arrived. Long wait on the way back, had to wait for the bus to return twice given the number of people waiting. Took ages and the driver's communication skills in telling people what was happening was dreadful. Disappointing way to arrive back from holiday.

Reviewed on 21st June 2018Having to wait over an hour to be collected from the airport is unacceptable. This Company needs to operate more than one bus during peak times. It's not fair either on passengers who want to get home or to the driver who had to deal with the complaints that followed.
