Reviewed on 9th October 2017When I got back to my car hand brake was left off and the parking was so muddy hard to go home and wash car and mats inside car.

Reviewed on 26th September 2017It was parked in a muddy field that a tractor had driven thru to get cars out by the look of it and our car was going to be cleaned before we got it back. Well it was filthy inside and out ! There was mud all up in the wheel arches and the mats were covered in mud ! The man that picked us up was very short on the phone and in person. He needs a course in people skills. My partner said he wouldn’t be using this car park ever again.

Reviewed on 19th September 2017After arriving in heavy rain at 4am in the morning we had no shelter and nobody around to help. Only 1 mini bus to shuttle passengers and had to wait in our car for the bus to return. We were wet arriving at the airport. Good start to the holidays. On return the bus was overcrowded and many cars in the car park including ours were full of mud as most cars were in a muddy field which we did not see on arrival due to it being dark. Silver zone for us next time.

Reviewed on 12th September 2017Confusing at arrival, however return journey was awful, waited 40 minutes to be picked up after two phone calls by a very rude driver, who gave us all the impression he really didn't want to be doing this. We even had to open and close the van doors for him, even after dropping us off in the pitch black with a your cars are around here somewhere.not funny for a group of 3 children and 4 adults. I have used park and go many times before and booked again in December, thankfully not with Oakwood who I will never use again. I will now have to start looking around for other alternatives of parking after this, it really was a bad service.

Reviewed on 10th September 2017Parking in a field, transfer driver with a face as long as last week. No help in getting my case in the minibus despite my obvious mobility issue and use of walking stick. Transport to the airport was a dilapidated ex school minibus. On viewing our cam footage our car was moved to another site (field). This we were not informed of. Although the price was reasonable I will be paying the extra next time and going back to Siverline. Impressed... not in your wildest dreams, a lot to be desired which could be addressed if they really thought about it.

Reviewed on 1st September 2017I was very disappointed in my experience with Oakwood parking. They only use one minibus to transport people to and from the airport which means people are queuing when you arrive and delayed in getting to the departures. On return the mobile phone I was given and the land line I was told to call were both switched off! I was stranded at Bristol airport with 3 children in the rain not knowing what to do or how to get to my car. I walked to the drop off area and an hour after I landed a minibus turned up but hordes of people rushed towards it as they had been waiting 2 hours. Again they used one 11 seat minibus when multiple flights were arriving. It was a horrid end to our holiday and I would like a refund.

Reviewed on 29th August 2017We had to wait almost an hour to be picked up. There was no system of who got on the bus. My family ended up being split up as the bus was full and I had to go back in the car to the airport to pick them up. Be careful when you phone them as you are on speaker phone and the whole bus can hear you.

Reviewed on 26th August 2017Worst experiance of airport parking I have had. They said they over booked so had too many people they could handle, then to make it worse they only had one bus running. On way home we had to wait for over 1 hour to get back to car. Never book with them again.

Reviewed on 20th August 2017Very poor service. When we arrived there were too many people waiting for the bus and no logical order. People booked in at later times were being taken first. Unfriendly and unhelpful driver. Return trip was equally as bad, waited 50 mins before actually getting on the bus as priority was given to those who had just arrived with children for no logical reason. Once again no apology for the wait, just told by driver they had too many people to fit on and it wasn't her fault. This company either needs to purchase a bigger minibus or take less bookings. Won't use them ever again.

Reviewed on 20th August 2017This place was hard to find, directions were awful and no signs anywhere. Rang the number for help and all I got was a man saying I can't talk as I'm driving people to the airport. When we eventually found it we parked up, there was nobody there not even an office, lots of other people around confused. A man and a van turned up we had to wait another 15 mins while he took a family to the airport. Eventually we got there. Coming home was dreadful we were told as soon as our flight landed we were to ring the number for them to collect us and that someone was on their way but to then find it was utter kaos like a cattle market as there was only one van collecting at least 100 people and this poor lady that was left to deal with unhappy people was awful, we had to wait up to an hour and a half to be taken back to our car, we were there waiting before a lot of people but every time the van came people pushed in front of us and got on. We were with another family who got there the same time as we did and like them they ended up waiting with us as the woman was prioritising babies before anyone else well I'm sorry that's just unacceptable we had young children aswell. There was no order what so ever and your organisation was disgraceful and to have one van for all those people was horrendous, every other park and ride had at least 3 to 4 vans continuously. You wanted a review and you've got one and from talking to other people that were waiting there we all said we will never use your company again. Also this will be going on trip advisor as a very bad experience.
