Drop off was as expected (swift and simple) and would rate 4.5 Pick up not great - arrived early hours with children so some appreciation of the customer circumstances should really be considered by staff. Unfortunately, the driver of the first vehicle (male, late 40's/early 50's in a WRU top) was rude. When we eventually got back to the car park on second bus, collected key with zero indication of how to find it. Luckily it was dark so walked around pressing remote until noticed our car only to find we were unable to get the car out as there was another car parked in front! Walked back to reception and had inform an unapologetic 'receptionist' to finish dealing with other customers and walk with me (in silence) to my car and move the offending vehicle. Oh, and the car had been reversed right up into the bushes behind - luckily no scratches that I could see but not great way to treat someone else's high-value property.

We have used Oakwood before and have had great service. This time it is a mixed review of two halves. The gentleman who took us to the airport at around 2.45am on 03/08/22 was fantastic and had great customer service, however we wish we could say the same about the man who picked us up on the return journey on 14/08/22 at 2.30pm, he refused to help us put our suitcases on the bus as "he didn't do suitcases" but then insisted we stacked them a certain way, as there were more people in the queue than spaces on the bus, he suggested we put our children on our laps so he could fit more on and do less trips. This was not acceptable for health and safety our children and the fact we have paid for us each to have a seat. It's a shame really as we have always used this company and had great service and this man let his company down.

Very handy position but flight home was late & the minibus that came filled up so we had to wait again. Car had been moved & was covered in dust having arrived clean!

returned from holiday back to car park at 3.30am. went to office to get my keys carrying my suit case. Asked where is my car parked, I was told if not out side office it would be around about where I left it. It was not outside, it was nowhere near where I left it and it is pitch dark with no lights up there a car was parked right in front of it just pulled out and a car the other side of the park turned his lights on full beam that i was able too see and find my car,other wise i would not of been able to find it untill dawn.it should have been down in car park where the lights were. sorry this is not good enough

The organisation and convenience is great. However, I would expect some help lifting our cases into the mini bus especially as it is quite high up. The driver just watched us struggling which wasn’t great. When we returned late at night the office guy was extremely friendly and cheerful. Help with us ladies would have been appreciated.

Overall it was OK. The parking area is not tarred, so you have to drag your suitcase over uneven dusty ground. You also have to find the car in the first place when you get back.

I have been there twice and both times my car isn’t in the area it should be and I’d have had to go looking for it and then found it to be between cars where I have struggled to get it out. When I arrived Friday morning I asked where my car was and he said it was by the bus. I told him it wasn’t and he said to look again it would be there. It wasn’t.

A lot better than last time I used Oakwood, no bolshy parking guy and we all managed to fit on the mini bus, even the carpet in my car stayed relatively clean.

I rang on Saturday morning to arrange for my boyfriend to pick my car up at 00:30 Sunday morning (a day earlier that expected). When he arrive my car key has been misplaced it took an hour to find. The staff were really unhelpful regarding this matter & made a big problem out of the fact he came to pick the car up early. If I hadn’t rang I would of understood the problem.
