Overall it was OK. The parking area is not tarred, so you have to drag your suitcase over uneven dusty ground. You also have to find the car in the first place when you get back.

I have been there twice and both times my car isn’t in the area it should be and I’d have had to go looking for it and then found it to be between cars where I have struggled to get it out. When I arrived Friday morning I asked where my car was and he said it was by the bus. I told him it wasn’t and he said to look again it would be there. It wasn’t.

A lot better than last time I used Oakwood, no bolshy parking guy and we all managed to fit on the mini bus, even the carpet in my car stayed relatively clean.

I rang on Saturday morning to arrange for my boyfriend to pick my car up at 00:30 Sunday morning (a day earlier that expected). When he arrive my car key has been misplaced it took an hour to find. The staff were really unhelpful regarding this matter & made a big problem out of the fact he came to pick the car up early. If I hadn’t rang I would of understood the problem.

Service is great and pick up and drop off is punctual.....if you are elderly be aware you will have to load your own case onto the back of the mini bus or ask someone to help you....the drivers do not even look at who has walking sticks etc...it’s at your own risk........the drop off and collection area is still after all these years a wet muddy mess when it rains......it could do with a resurface after all these years......take a rag to wipe your suitcase wheels as it’s very muddy and dirty.

I have used oakwood many times but this time disappointing, my flight was 3 hours late when i landed i phined the number given straight to voice mail phone later now this was 3.30am been up 20 hours so i didn't want that phoned again same , phoned the office no answer, 15 minutes later the bus arrived with passengers going away so i asked the driver why no 1 answering phones he said busy, arrived back at park driver went up the park to turn i saw my car i said theres my car no reaction he then drives 20 yards away to drop me off so i had to drag my case 20 yards over stony ground to reach my car, not very pleased concidering the day i had.

Cheap and cheerful. A bit worried when I first arrived! Transfers very efficient- but transfer bus very grubby. Close to airport and no waiting around.

Overall a good experience but with a few concerns, I want this to be viewed as feedback rather than a complaint. Good Quick, efficient check in Staff were friendly Very close to the airport Car was waiting for us on return drove out within five minutes on return Not so good Very tight entrance/exit to the site, seen lots of cars reversing back, sometimes on to the very busy main road Phoned when on our return to Bristol carpark as instructed, no one answered the phone, although the van did turn up within ten minutes Driver would NOT help with suitcases on departure or return, witnessed elderly, frail people struggling with cases, other passengers, including myself had to load and off load cases. Please, please don't say this is due to covid restrictions, neither driver was wearing a mask! I've copied and pasted this review onto the contact form and awaiting a reply.

Good, reasonably priced car park for Bristol Airport. Location first class, transfers very good, pleasant, cheerful drivers and also those manning the reception. Only issue was ...it gets muddy when it is raining.

Car park was easy to find. On arrival, we were directed where to park. The car park itself is loose gravel which does make it slightly difficult to wheel suitcases from a distance. Handed over keys fine and was given a card with info how to be collected at the end of the holiday. I must say, the transfers itself were all smooth running and the drivers were helpful and friendly. Slight issue on return when firstly my keys couldn’t be found, eventually discovered by another member of staff who was carrying an odd box of keys - he went off to locate the car and then came back a few minutes later to say I had been blocked in by several other cars which needed to be moved. He went off to find these car keys and to move these cars with another member of staff and returned with my car around 10 minutes after, which was fine, however I thought the car park would have some kind of system where cars ready to collect that day would be in a separate, accessible place? Surely this could cause chaos if many people return to the car park at one time. Luckily, my car isn’t new as it was returned to me looking like it had been parked in a hedge for a week! The staff member did offer to wash it, which was kind of him, however, after a long flight and waiting around for my car, I obviously didn’t fancy waiting even longer for it to be washed! Good service if organised a bit better.
