We always use Oakwood parking when we fly from Bristol Airport and never in the past have any issues, but last time we had very bad experience When we arrived to get our vehicle, the way was park, we couldn't get axes to our boot, was parked to close to the bushes, in front of our car was park another vehicle, almost touching to ours, we couldn't get out to head home, had to wait for another 45 minutes for another vehicle owners to arrive to move so we can go home, I think this is unacceptable?

I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone the driver had one hell of attitude and I went to pick my car up when we got back I asked the driver where my car was he said go to office they are all as bad they Told me it’s somewhere up there on the left and that was it,when I parked the car when I left in a different place why couldint the staff be polite never ever again it really shocked me.

Couldn't get in the minibus twice, people scrambling to get on. My cases went on one minibus i had wait for next.. The cases left in car park. Until I arrived. Then they couldn't find my keys. I said where is it parked up on left. I walked up through the muddy car park for half hour in rain no lights trying find car. It was on right in different car park area.

Pulled into the car park. No one there to direct you ... found a space . Then got shouted at to move to another area.... very rude member of staff no hi viz to show they worked there... On collection of key I walked into the hut, very frosty reception. Felt like I was an inconvenience to their day. 'Name & reg' was all that was said. No please, no thank you.

Its about time you tarmaced your parking area! I washed my car prior to parking it with you and on our return it looked like it had been on a forest rally covered head to foot inside and out with mud ! When I took my case out of my car the wheels were covered in mud which transferred to my car boot and house!!

We had a terrible experience parking at Oakwood. We understand the car may be a little muddy as the cars are parked on muddy ground. When we picked the car up it was absolutely filthy, even the roof was covered in mud. There was also mud all over the inside including the back seating area ( why does anybody moving the car need to be in the back)? There were also discarded biscuit pieces in the back. The car was spotless when we took it there. It took hours cleaning the car on the inside and outside. Needless to say we will never use Oakwood again. Pay a bit extra for some decent parking.

On picking my car up it was absolutely filthy. It looked like it had been rallied. I can understand that cars get dirty in the rain but looked like it had been wheelspinning around a field. The lower half of the car was covered in mud.

I've used them once before & seemed OK so used again. Our flight arrived back early hrs of the morning, so it was dark & a bit rainy. Mini bus turned up in not too long a time. When we got back to office to collect keys I asked where car was, the lady told me "up past where the mini bus dropped you off & it will be to the right or left". Well like I said it was dark & rainy, its badly lit & there are no no'd Isles, so you have to just literally go around whole car park dragging your cases (on rough dirty gravely ground) to try & find it, could be anywhere, saw another couple that were trying to find their car too, also having the same problem & not very happy. After about 10 mins we eventually found our car. Its a very bad system especially in the dark. We also took a pic of mileage before leaving car, when we checked it when we got in, noticed it had gone 3 miles!! Couldn't understand why when it had only been moved a little bit further up from where we left it. Anyway we were too tired & wet to go back down & ask why? The next day when home in daylight I went to car I noticed how dirty it was. (Our car was new only had it 2 weeks, so was very clean when we left it) there was loads of mud & grass caught up behind wheel arches (shame I can't attach photos to show how bad it is) and mud all up the sides, it looked like someone had been racing it around a muddy field. I phoned the office to ask about where they park it. The lady said it gets moved no more than 5 miles & it's parked in the same sort of gravelly area as the car park we picked it up from. I asked if it gets moved to a muddy grassy field, she said no, when I mentioned about the mud & grass under wheel arches she couldn't explain it, it also had mud on the inside part of drivers door. I won't ever use them again. I recommend if you do use them take pics of miles when you leave it & take pics of outside of your car.

Unfortunately I’m unable to leave a good review this time I have used Oakwood for many years and have recommended to my family and friends. This time I had to wait 40 minutes in a long queue to get the minibus into the airport. On the way home I spent a further 50 minutes waiting for a minibus transfer to the car. This is so disappointing as your service has always been excellent.

I found the staff to be rude and abrupt. I would not use them again. I doubt that they would put approve this review.
