Reviewed on 11th August 2023My car arrived spotless and when collected it’s covered in mud. The carpet is also all muddy in the drivers area. The wheels have clearly been spinning as muds has flicked up the sides. What’s more worrying is its rear wheel drive and the front ones are the same as if it’s been drifted or skidded. It’s a powerful sporty car. Someones obviously decided to have some fun in it whilst in their care. Now I have to take it to be cleaned inside and out at my expense.

Reviewed on 8th August 2023Unfortunately it was raining on our arrival so very mucky and potholes full of rain water, no assembly point loaded our cases and sat in bus 20 minutes with no information until driver came back from last drive to airport and changes buses on home arrival my car was double parked and large mucky foot prints on my carpet.

Reviewed on 29th July 2023Easy enough to park but not recommended in the wet as it’s a mud bath. Transfer there and back ok but on return my car was absorbing stinking inside and out and not left like that when I parked.

Reviewed on 13th July 2023I asked them not to park it in the grass. I came back to the tyres full of mud. My carpet full of kid that I have struggled to get off. Not happy.

Reviewed on 8th July 2023Arrived on Tuesday morning the 20th of June at 3.30a.m. Poor facilities(no shelter from heavy rain), chaotic service and our suitcase covered in mud. Rude female employee shouting needlessly.

Reviewed on 3rd July 2023On arriving the mini bus driver was more interested in booking his own holiday instead of taking us to the airport. On returning from our holiday my BMW was left with mud all over the pedals and car mats. Not impressed with that as now I have to pay for a valet.

Reviewed on 25th June 2023I am giving a very low score for the following reasons. The state of some the mini buses are poor. When travelling to the airport, I had crutches and the driver expected me to struggle to The back of a small mini bus which was difficult. He had no sympathy for my medical condition and he made me struggle, meanwhile he encouraged two woman to sit in the front when I requested those seats. The same driver also broke health and safety. He expected one of my nieces, who is ten years of age, to sit on her grandmothers lap because he had put to many luggage bags in the minibus. This is a clear breach of driving regulations and should this driver have a D licence, it should be revoked. The attitude of the same driver was appalling. I end this review by saying I would never use these again.

Reviewed on 7th June 2023With a website proclaiming that the return transfer should take “2-3 minutes” and for it having taken over an hour, and only being able to get on the 3rd minibus, I was not impressed at all.

Reviewed on 3rd June 2023They had to pick up 40-50 people and they've used only one transport vehicle, we stayed more then 40 min in the cold with small kids at 3 in the morning.

Reviewed on 3rd June 2023The Carpark is dusty and the organisation is poor. I arrived to drop my car of and grab the mini bus to the airport, everything seemed to be going ok until the female mini bus driver decided she would start washing cars instead of taking myself and the other passengers around to the airport, 20 mins we sat on the bus looking at each other whilst she did this? Then finally she took us round. Same driver on collection jumped of shouting 1st 14 to get on bus get to go now, the rest will have to wait for the next bud...again waiting passengers looked at each other in dismay...before clambering to get a seat. Once we finally got back to carpark many of the customers including myself had to walk round the large carpark in search of our cars and then try to find staff to move other cars blocking them before being able to leave. There's definitely massive room for improvement in how the carpark is run and organised. There rates are reasonable.
