Always had a really good experience previously but this time our party of 10 got split up over 3 buses, 3 got on the first bus then two on the second bus and the last 5 on the last bus, this would of been absolutely fine but we were waiting around 40 minutes for the last bus to come back with the last 5 people in our group forcing us to wait out in the rain and got soaked through. There were two buses parked up in the depo car park. that I'm sure could have been used earlier 😕

Couldn't find car on return journey asked in office was told it would be about half way up the field found It blocked in by another car returned to office told me that the car blocking me should have gone. Eventually got to my car parked under a tree covered in bird poo.

The lady mini bus driver was very rude both going to airport and the return. She was very abrupt and her attitude was very poor. I have used Oakwood for many years but this was the first time experienced this.

Horrendous experience. Got back. My car wouldn't start they had messed with my radio. The handle on passenger side was damaged..never again

I was waiting over hour because they sen only one driver to collect people, absolutely don't recommend.

Came back to a flat tyre, and seems it’s been driven whist flat, state of all tyres was a mess due to condition of ground on the site, to come home from holiday with a flat tyre and not being given a heads up is really disappointing

It's a very bad experience as I've had mice visit my car where they've damaged some things for now just personal items I still don't know if there's any more damage as I've been cleaning the car when I get home from work.

What an awful experience, will never book there again. Dreadful attitude from female staff member on arrival and collection, very rude and not personable. Car was filthy with mud everywhere on collection and parked virtually in the hedge, when I eventually found it.

The parking site is a muddy, pot-holed yard ... leaving shoes and car interior a mess. There is no directional sinage outside or in the site, so arriving in the dark at 6am was a nightmare. When we returned (6pm Friday), the "number to call or arrival" just goes to voicemail - promising 10-15 mins wait - and the office number tried to go to voicemail, but the inbox was full! We had to wait 30 minutes for a pickup - completely unable to get any information on if or when the van was arriving. And the tranfer vans are definitely end-of-life... All in all a horrible experience. Will never use again. Avoid!!!

Bad experience from start to finish. Had to drag cases through mud to minibus. Mini bus floor was full of mud. On return at 2am car was not near minibus drop off point as office told me. Had to search for it at 2am dragging cases through mud again. When I found car I thought someone had taken it on a rally. I complained, and they give it a quick jet wash. Not what you want after a long flight at 2 in the morning.
