On arrival back into the UK it was dark and raining the whole car park was muddy, no one told us where the car was parked, it took 10 minutes to find the car. Would have been helpful if the cars that were being picked up were moved to the front of the lot.

Arrival and transfer to the airport was good, as usual. The return was not so good; we waited for a good 20 minutes in the freezing cold. The driver said there has been a problem with one of the cars. We soon found out why as locating our own car was almost impossible. The person in the office said it was "on the left or the right", when in fact it was in the middle. It was extremely dark so it took ages for the very helpful young man in the car park to find it. Better lighting and simple signposting for each section would be an idea! The same thing happened last August when I returned from Malaga, but at least it was in the daylight!

This is the first time that I have used this car park before. I arrived at 0500 on Christmas Eve it was pouring with rain. There is nowhere dry to wait for the courtesy bus. There was only one driver working that day which meant there was quite a long wait in the pouring rain...not great to be honest.

When we dropped our car off very early Xmas Eve the queue for transport to the airport was so long and not moving we landed up in the pouring rain walking to the airport. On collection our car was in such a muddy area that our car mats and footwear were covered in mud. Though we used you before we are now doubting using them again.

Quick transfers to and from the airport. The overflow car park gets very muddy if wet. One of the rear passenger windows was left open on the car (can only assume this was accidentally opened when the car was moved prior to us picking it back up) but as it was raining it meant the back seat got soaking wet. Not what you expect to come home to and meant the back seat passenger ha to sit on bags and coats for the drive home.

You pay for what you get. Saved £16 to not park in Silver Zone but would not use Oakwood again, when it came to pick the car up they said it was in the same sort of area as you dropped it off which was not the case so had to look for car and when we landed in Bristol the company should know how many people are returning to pick their cars up and have the correct number of buses waiting no there was only one who we had to phone and also not enough luggage space on minibus very poor would not recommend wasn’t worth the £16 saving it’s very no frills

Departure transfer was excellent. Arrival transfer wasn't. Waited for the minibus, then gave up and walked to the car park. Our car was blocked in.

We have used Oakwood for years and this is the first time we have not been very happy. We both have mobility problems now and had great difficulty finding the pick up point in the parking area, very late at night in the pouring rain. The answer machine message on phone did not give very clear instruction and we saw two minibuses come and go before we could get to right spot. When we got back to the car park to collect the car it took some time to locate our car and we needed help in the end to find it. I must add we have never had these issues before.

Swift and convenient service, however, lack of the hard surface on the site means you will either pick up your car covered in dust or mud (experienced both on two occasions). This time round it was wet and both, my shoes and the car, needed a wash afterward. The site is simply not fit for purpose but proper HARD SURFACING would likely cure the problem.

going to airport driver very good return from airport driver not very help full he said he does not do loading and un loading of luggage also there was quite a bit of mud inside my car on the floor and on the inside of the door
