The park is near to the airport however the customer service is not good, team are not helpful and seems they do not care. When I picked up my car I found it in in strange way(extremely filthy INSIDE and outside?!! I understand they move the cars around but why it’s so dirty inside?!

Not as good as usual we use it about 4-5 times a year but the last 2 times we have been put on the mini bus in the car park and left there for 20 minutes plus when the drivers have had a full mini bus but wanted a cigarette break at one point he was the by the door and almost choking us. Coming back this time our driver was so busy talking to someone he dropped off at airport tavern he Nearly knocked a guy down on the crossing then instead of apologising he shouted at him . When we used to get there it would be on the bus and go not wait for ages . Really disappointed I'm not saying I won't use them again but if it's only slight difference on cost to park on-site I'll prob do that unless things improve . I gave 2 stars as girls in cabin were lovely and professional and car was there when we got back .

Stood in the car park on Saturday morning 20 May watching the delivery drivers returning cars to the car park with no regard to customers cars. Wheel spinning in the car park kicking up dust was just not necessary.

Nowhere to shelter from the rain, driver doesn't want to help load cases onto minibus, poorly lit.

It was a messy car park especially in the rain. You could build a shelter for the customers.. Tar mark - the entrance. Rude driver asking me to lift a suitcase onto a mini bus .. told me to pick it up and put it on the bus, I’m old and ill. Shame really …

Reception staff were good. The main issue I had was the amount of mud in my car. Drivers side mat had clumps of mud which I had needed to get professionally cleaned and mud up the inside of driver door. Surely with the cost of the service they would provide a piece of paper to protect car mats in a muddy environment.

They use to do better customer service than now. When i come back to pick up my car, i was told my car maybe by reception, if not there, i need to go to bigger car park and find my car, they dont know where is my car.They advised me to unlock my car with key, so i can find it easier. So i took my 20 kg luggage, it was dark outside already, windy and rainy, and l gone to other car park to find my car.in my opinion car should be ready for collection, l shouldn't be going in mood, with my luggage, trying to find my car in darkness. Very dissapointing customer service.

I actually meant to book the meet and greet, so this was not a great start. That said, when we did arrive, we had to wait 20 minutes until enough people turned up so that the minibus could be filled up before we left for the short trip to the airport. The drive was miserable and non communicative, not explaining what was happening and did not help people with the loading or offloading of the bags. This all meant that we arrived at the airport 30 minutes later than planned. The minibus was old, tatty and dirty. My car mat on the drivers side had many muddy footmarks in when we returned. No attempt to put protective paper down to prevent this. All in all, I would never use this company again. They only seemed interested in making a lot of money, without investing some of the profit back into the business i.e.better vehicles, offices and staff training.

Always use them, cheap and cheerful .

WE parked the car where instructed. It had been raining and was very muddy. The mini bus we were transported to the airport was dirty. When we returned for thd car it was so kiddy that it took two washes, one of which was done by a hand car wash, to get it reasonable clean. The staff we friendly and efficient. We would not use this service again due to the dirty state of the car when we collected it.
