A positive experience when we dropped the car off turned negative at pick up time. After arriving at the car park at approx 6pm, the lady in the hut was very curt and I had to ask what she needed from me to obtain my keys. I then had to ask where my car was parked as she seemed to assume I knew. After finding my car, it was blocked in despite a note in it stating my return time!! After alerting the staff, a man came out to move the car in front but seemed unable to start the car as it was electric. He had no clue! Wouldn’t use them again!

Oakwood parking is very much cheap and cheerful. It’s close to the airport and convenient to get too. It’s described as a ‘compound’ but it’s a muddy car park just off the main road. Doesn’t appear very professional, no staff wore uniforms and it’s a battered old mini bus that does the transport. However if you want a cheap deal and not fussed about the service aspect, quick transfer back and no issues when returning then it’s suitable. Don’t expect any frills and you won’t be disappointed.

Car was returned dirty with mud inside and out. Passengers crammed into van i would not use this again

The park is near to the airport however the customer service is not good, team are not helpful and seems they do not care. When I picked up my car I found it in in strange way(extremely filthy INSIDE and outside?!! I understand they move the cars around but why it’s so dirty inside?!

Not as good as usual we use it about 4-5 times a year but the last 2 times we have been put on the mini bus in the car park and left there for 20 minutes plus when the drivers have had a full mini bus but wanted a cigarette break at one point he was the by the door and almost choking us. Coming back this time our driver was so busy talking to someone he dropped off at airport tavern he Nearly knocked a guy down on the crossing then instead of apologising he shouted at him . When we used to get there it would be on the bus and go not wait for ages . Really disappointed I'm not saying I won't use them again but if it's only slight difference on cost to park on-site I'll prob do that unless things improve . I gave 2 stars as girls in cabin were lovely and professional and car was there when we got back .

Stood in the car park on Saturday morning 20 May watching the delivery drivers returning cars to the car park with no regard to customers cars. Wheel spinning in the car park kicking up dust was just not necessary.

Nowhere to shelter from the rain, driver doesn't want to help load cases onto minibus, poorly lit.

It was a messy car park especially in the rain. You could build a shelter for the customers.. Tar mark - the entrance. Rude driver asking me to lift a suitcase onto a mini bus .. told me to pick it up and put it on the bus, I’m old and ill. Shame really …

Reception staff were good. The main issue I had was the amount of mud in my car. Drivers side mat had clumps of mud which I had needed to get professionally cleaned and mud up the inside of driver door. Surely with the cost of the service they would provide a piece of paper to protect car mats in a muddy environment.

They use to do better customer service than now. When i come back to pick up my car, i was told my car maybe by reception, if not there, i need to go to bigger car park and find my car, they dont know where is my car.They advised me to unlock my car with key, so i can find it easier. So i took my 20 kg luggage, it was dark outside already, windy and rainy, and l gone to other car park to find my car.in my opinion car should be ready for collection, l shouldn't be going in mood, with my luggage, trying to find my car in darkness. Very dissapointing customer service.
