I actually meant to book the meet and greet, so this was not a great start. That said, when we did arrive, we had to wait 20 minutes until enough people turned up so that the minibus could be filled up before we left for the short trip to the airport. The drive was miserable and non communicative, not explaining what was happening and did not help people with the loading or offloading of the bags. This all meant that we arrived at the airport 30 minutes later than planned. The minibus was old, tatty and dirty. My car mat on the drivers side had many muddy footmarks in when we returned. No attempt to put protective paper down to prevent this. All in all, I would never use this company again. They only seemed interested in making a lot of money, without investing some of the profit back into the business i.e.better vehicles, offices and staff training.

WE parked the car where instructed. It had been raining and was very muddy. The mini bus we were transported to the airport was dirty. When we returned for thd car it was so kiddy that it took two washes, one of which was done by a hand car wash, to get it reasonable clean. The staff we friendly and efficient. We would not use this service again due to the dirty state of the car when we collected it.

Please take note and remember you are driving people’s cars and should take care of them. 1. The amount of mud in the drivers foot well is shocking. 2. Somehow the child seat sockets had been used, I don’t have young children or care seats !. 3. You ask your customers not to phone you when returning to the airport, but customers do in order to get a bus back. 4. My car was blocked in ! 5. I use this service several times a year and the standards are slipping and Silverstone parking is getting closer in price and your car stays clean inside. 6. The child locks had been put on, why, did somebody borrow the car ?

Love the price and close to airport but in winter this venue is not great , basically a field of mud to walk and drag cases to your car ? Surely could be improved on that.

This was the 2nd time I used Oakwood and it may be the last. I am particularly critical of their collection service from the Terminal. I was told on arrival I would be collected in 10mins but in effect this turned out to be 25mins, during which time I had no option but to stand in the wind and cold at the Bristol Airport drop off/collection zone. If a delay was inevitable, surely the best approach would have been to be truthful and tell the customer the bad news and then allow them the option of standing inside the Terminal building in such bad weather? I have a photo of the interior of my car, which shows the amount of mud that was on my car mats when I collected the car and I will post this directly on the Park and Go website. At the very least Oakwood should be protecting the interior with a simple paper cover if their parking environment is so very muddy, which it is.

We came 27th December and ground muddy and had to wait 10 minutes + for a bus. Accept it was a Bank Holiday but you knew that. Not a good experience. I’m sure it’s better in the dry. Thought we would leave the car in a pick up area not a field. Price was good but experience poor. Same coming back. Had to wait over 10 minutes as only 1 transfer running and others behind us had to wait longer. You know the cars and flights. Plan better.

On arrival service was good, on our return our experience was appalling Having to wait 40 minutes for our car to be made available due to being blocked in by 4 other cars in a very muddy area of the site resulting in my car needing to be pushed Having been stuck in mud.

I arrived at the carpark at 11.30pm on Monday 5th December and had to look for my car in the dark and located it a fair bit into the empty car park but blocked by another car so had to go back to the office and tell the person on the desk who located the keys for the said vehicle and moved it and said that they car was expected at that morning at 10.30am but had not arrived back. No apology was given but l do think cars should be checked to make sure they are accessible for the owners when they return. The same thing happened to me the last time, my keys couldn't be located and also my car, ended up waiting a good 20 minutes for it to be found. I use your car park quite regularly and am disappointed by my last two visits. My car used to be moved to a location where it could easily be located.

Have used loads but we arrived 11.30 at night in Bristol airport and sent a minibus that clearly wasn’t big enough so waited 40 minutes needlessly. The driver did his best but it wasn’t good.
