Reviewed on 21st March 2009Great service at heathrow T5 - staff are well informed and on return our car arrived without delay. The cost was very competitive compared to other meet and greet/car parking. Only issue is instructions for drop off could be clearer.

The return meeting on 15 March 2009 was complicated by the fact that the police had apparently required that all meeting and greeting should take place in Level 4 of the car park rather than on the departure level as expected. This was communicated by telephone without Drive Fly appreciating that the returning passenger cannot easily access the car park levels from the lifts available inside the terminal. It would have been better if we had been informed by e-mail.
