Reviewed on 27th April 2009Phoned as promised about half an hour before arrival and although I was some 5 minutes late still had to wait for the driver. Much the same on the return, phoned as instructed as clearing customs had the best part of a 15 minute wait. That being said I would use the service again.

Reviewed on 26th April 2009Very Good service, had to ring to find out where the driver was when I arrived, I discovered he was inside the terminal as he was cold!! Only caused 2 minute delay, not a big problem, would definitely use the service again.

Reviewed on 24th April 2009Excellent for the price - some minor mistakes (those meeting us were looking for a Focus not Galaxy) and the arrival time back was noted as 9 not 8 but we that got changed - but for about £90 for 2 weeks at Heathrow how could I possibly complain! All people we dealt with were extremely courteous, professional and all-in-all a very good service.

Reviewed on 21st April 2009Would have been 5 except for substandard car wash - i agreed to it at £15 ended up paying £10 because there didnt appear to be any change at all in the car cleanliness - outside was still dirty and inside had hardly been touched. I get a much better job from our local bloke for £5.

Reviewed on 21st April 2009Overall impression: Easy to book. Easy to park and hand over the car. Good value for money. BUT I was asked if I would like to have the car valeted at a cost of £15 to which I agreed. When I arrived back at the car, the keys could not be found which caused a delay of some minutes. When I paid for the valeting, the Park & Go representative conveniently had no change of £20 so he made a tip of £5. Whilst I would probably have given him a tip, being forced to do so is distasteful and creates a poor impression.

The Chauffers were all helpful, friendly and quite professional. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone travelling through terminal 2.
