There was some initial confusion. When we arrived there were some people from drive fly but they were not easily identifiable and they didn't have my paper work, probably because we were flying from T4 and arriving back at T5. After a couple of quick calls all was sorted and I left the car with one of the people stood around in the car park. On return we called as we exited customs and had a coffee while waiting 15 mins for the car to arrive. An excellent Idea.

The new system of meeting in the short term car park works well with a meet and greet area immediately next to the entrance to the terminal. Car collection and delivery easy and prompt. Staff very polite. An excellent service.

Meeting on arrival for departure excellent. Meeting on return not so good. Over 30 minutes from telephone call on collection of bags to delivery of car!!!!!

Very efficient. No-one called us on our way to the airport, so I rang in 20 mins before our allotted arrival time to say we would be 15 mins early. The driver arrived within 5 mins of our allotted time. Good checks on the vehicle. Would use again with no issue.

At Heathrow Rerminal 5, the directions we were given over the phone (none in advance) were not clear. We were told "follow signs to short stay then go to level 4 row L" - but actually you need to go IN to the short stay car park to level 4 row L. This lead to some confusion when we dropped our car off. It would be useful to have clear instructions in advance, rather than having to remember them over the phone when they call to check arrival time 30 mins before - especially as going INTO the car park is unlike anywhere else.

Outbound was perfect with a polite driver waiting to meet us at Level 4 of Terminal 5. Inbound involved a 20 minute wait from collecting baggage and telephoning in. Driver was polite and efficient. Generally very happy with the service and will use it again.
