Reviewed on 31st May 2009It all worked as advertised, we got the phone call from the firm telling us where to meet the driver 30 minutes before our arrival time. Instructions were clear, the Heathrow signage to the short term carpark was less (or maybe I missed a sign) clear. However we met the driver just by the lift to departures, he noted existing condition and mileage and off we went, on return we phoned the company from baggage reclaim and the car was waiting for us. All very easy and good value and drivers were pleasant and helpful.

Reviewed on 29th May 2009Very good overall, not a '5' due to slight delay on departure as no rep available but only 5 mins. If they can keep the cost this competitive I don't know why you would use anyone else. I was quoted 40% more by BAA's own 'approved' meet and greet service. Will use again.

Reviewed on 19th May 2009An excellent service. On departure I mistakenly made my way to the wrong parking level but that was no problem for the driver who was meeting me. No delays there. On arrival everything was similarly swift. The only criticism I have is to improve the car wash service (I had chosen the car wash option) -- my local car wash at Tesco does a better job cheaper.

Reviewed on 12th May 2009Having not used this service before I was a little unsure, but it was very easy. I had to extend my stay in the USA and I called to ammend my booking. This was all fine - however I am still waiting for the invoice for the additional amount I paid (in cash). I would use this service again.
