Reviewed on 29th October 2021Arrival and departure drop offs and collection were met by rather miserable staff. Neither of which were on time. Request is made for two calls to be made on arrival whereby they only answer one call . 25 minute wait because they didn’t answer their phone. This is the worst meet and greet service I have used with park and go, not again .

Reviewed on 11th July 2021On departure we couldn’t get through to either number to advise we were on our way dispute trying numerous times. We arrived at the airport and tried to find them in the car park. Eventually someone rung me back from the numerous missed calls to say their phone was on silent and they’d send someone over. Meant there was added stress and waiting at the start of the journey. After that we had no issues with regards the car being looked after and collection.

Reviewed on 25th November 2020Car drop off was very good and straight forward. Car collection very poor and not the first time, a lot of delay getting the car to me. I phoned as instructed twice including after bag collection, clearly did not leave immediately as I waited for 30 minutes after the second call and made 2 further phone calls. How can this be meet and greet when I waited for them for 30+ minutes!

Reviewed on 19th October 2019Service was fine on drop off, but on pick up, we called after landing (as per instructions). We were then asked to call after collecting our luggage, but the mobile numbers (both of them) kept saying number unavailable. When we eventually got through, we were at pick up location and were told that we’d have to wait for 20 minutes for car to arrive. We were left feeling that we might as well have gone for the on airport parking which was cheaper as we would’ve got the car a lot quicker. I was with an elderly family member so this was all far from ideal.

Reviewed on 16th October 2019The drop off was good. We arrived on time and called ahead as directed. the collection driver was prompt and polite. On return we phoned when we landed as instructed and then again when we collected our luggage. Despite this we waited nearly 30 minutes for our car. We waited in the area that the written instructions directed us to but the drop off driver went to another area resulting in an unacceptable delay. i would not describe this as convenient eeet and great. We could have collected our car from a car park in less time and for a smaller charge.

Reviewed on 30th August 2019I've used the meet and greet service for many years and I have to say ‘Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet’ is one that I will NOT be using again. I was asked to call as soon as I had landed and then again when I had got my luggage, on the 2nd call I was told "it would take 25mins to bring my car as they were coming from Terminal 3". So what was the point of calling as I landed. It's the longest I have had to wait and makes a farce of the meet & greet service.

Reviewed on 5th June 2019Arriving was easy, the person meeting me was helpful and friendly and was smooth taking my car. Returning was difficult, had to call twice, once landed once when you’ve gotten bags. Was quoted 10/20mins away which was wrong as waited 30mins after getting my bags. Could of said drop off when landed to save time as waiting around was the longer than getting through customs. There is no podium unlike other companies so unable to speak to someone and when dropped off my car, no conversation, I had to check the mileage and condition myself (which I think is fine, not 100%) The drop off was perfect. The collecting was frustrating.

Reviewed on 28th October 2018Departing was fine - driver there waiting, though you need to keep your wits about you to go to the right parking for Terminal 3. Arriving back not so good. The printed slip I was given said to go to level 3 (of terminal 3). No sign of car. After several phone calls it emerged that the car was on level 4 and that the printed information had recently been changed (not on the slip I was given). No apology and a cold 20 minute wait. However I've used them before and the price is good, so will give them another chance.

Reviewed on 7th September 2018Drop off was fine, however for the pickup our car was taken to the wrong terminal, even though I had confirmed by email previously that the drop-off and pick up were at different terminals. Subsequently we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the car to be brought to the correct location.
