Reviewed on 7th August 2018Meet and greet was fine. Was nervous as the car was only a couple of months old and my pride and joy. Upon return the car looked cleaner than before and the boot floor had been tampered with. Didn't think much of it, but a couple of days later I looked under the car and the whole thing was covered in mud. The car had obviously got stuck in mud (guess they use a field) and needed the tow eye to get it out. Will use a different company next time.

Reviewed on 6th August 2018Although we didn’t have to wait long for our car to be picked up or delivered and service was efficient, the dried mucus left on the drivers dashboard was not a welcome home gift. I was expecting and took some time to remove.

Reviewed on 23rd April 2018Drop off at LHR T3 was very good. However, my car was driven to the wrong place on pick up, and it took 20 minutes to sort out... the driver did apologise.

Reviewed on 9th March 2018Overall the service was okay for the price but one of the numbers given to us was not a valid number and the other was not answered and we had to ring the head office to get through initially. Once we did, everything was fine although I would have liked a copy of the mileage and fuel level before we left.

Reviewed on 25th February 2018Drop at T3 went okay. Collection at T4 was very disappointing. I called on touchdown and called again after clearing customs. Told to wait outside at departures, not in short stay car park as per ticket instructions. Car took over 20 minutes to arrive after the second call. Advised when I called the second time that the car was on its way, but from the onboard computer, the car did not move for 7 minutes after the call so cannot have been on its way. Really fed up with the service. I use these car park services regularly at T5, but this was very poor. Next time I want to stand outside for 20 minutes in the freezing cold, I catch a bus to long term parking. Definitely not up to the concept of Meet and Greet.

Reviewed on 20th February 2018Drop off instructions are not as noted in booking so it added 30 minutes to my drop off due to traffic entering car park. No designated parking slot. Will it not use again.

Reviewed on 5th January 2018I’ve got mixed feelings on this meet and greet parking. It was easy to find and use, the driver was prompt and we did not have to wait. However, my car did have an awful lot of scuffs on the boot like something heavy had been put on it and dragged. I am hoping they will be removable with T-Cut. The driver didn’t seem to show much interested when we were wiping the car and discussing it between ourselves.

Reviewed on 3rd December 2017Going out was fine, went as planned. On return journey we waited 15 minutes for the car and the staff member was very rude. The ticket machine broke, these things happen but it’s how you talk to your customers to deal with it. After another 15 minutes I asked what was going on and he was so rude, I had to ask him 3 times to stop speaking over me. When another member of staff fixed things, he walked off saying ‘he wanted to get out of here too’. Shame as was a good price and service, but has put me off using again.
