Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Very efficient service. Staff were friendly and explained what to do. Car was collected and delivered punctually. Only criticize was the driver did not make themselves known even when it was clear we were looking for them. Would use again though.

Easy to use.

The service provided at Heathrow was what I had hoped for - easy to use and at a competitive price. Only a slight delay on our return to Heathrow but within the 15 minutes time period communicated over the phone on our return to the airport. Only one query - are two phone calls necessary on arrival on the return leg i.e. one call when landed and another at the baggage reclaim?

good drop off and contact availability, had to wait much longer for delivery on return than in the previous times however which was a shame seeing as we had landed early and driver was very unapologetic and quite non converse or approachable. still a good price compared to some companies.

Good value service, I experienced reliable drop off and pick up. Nice friendly drivers and a very easy process. I have now used Terminals Parking Meet and Greet several times and found them to be consistent.

Did not have to wait long, good experience, my only issue was that at point of return, the driver gave me my key and disappeared without a word. I almost drove off when I saw that he was trying to give me the paid exit ticket back. Better to mention this as it was lucky I didn't drive off.

It all worked very well. Timings, efficiency, ease and a respectful team.

All good apart from on both arrival and return it took some time ( approx. 10 minutes ) for the driver to answer / respond to my calls. One mobile phone number was unavailable and the other phone just rang. Eventually we got through but this was slightly worrying when we returned and couldn’t get any response and resulted in us having to wait longer for our car to be delivered when it was late at night and cold. Not ideal when travelling home with children and stood in a cold multi storey car park. Other than that all okay.

Good service on the whole although on return the driver didn’t pick up phone twice when we had collected our cases (he picked up when we landed) so had to call him again and waited 15 minutes for car as we were already at the pick up point by then.

all went well except I found it difficult to find the drop offf area. I thing the instructions were okay but not straight forward for an 80 year old!
