Everything went like clockwork. One point deducted as I was told on the phone I would have to wait half an hour for my car to be returned to me but it turned out to be no longer than 15 minutes.

Great company, would have been a 5 if they had turned up on time but was left waiting for an additional 30 minutes.

Our car was picked up promptly when we arrived and was well looked after. The drivers were very pleasant but the only downside was we had to wait half an hour for the car to be returned. Traffic around the airport was heavy but shouldn't have caused such a long delay.

I was overall happy with the service I received. However the only reason I am not giving it a 5 star was because the communication was lacking when we arrived to drop our car off. We were told to park in a certain section which we did do. After a number of calls to the office telling them we arrived it was still around 30 minutes until someone came to collect our car. We were then told it was our fault we were parked in the wrong area and the guy who collected are car proceeded to tell us we were wrong a number of times. Even though we were actually parked in the correct area it was just a little further down. It’s not professional that we were blamed for this. However I would use the service again as it was reasonably priced. I would recommend you provide some customer service training to your staff to know how to actual talk to customers politely.

Great value for money. Easy to use and helpful staff. Just make sure you take the right lane to level 4 if you are parking at Heathrow T2.

Prompt service and good value.

Slight delay on departure as couldn't find our driver but resolved with a phone call within a few minutes. Pick up when we returned was smooth - car was ready and waiting. Great value for money.

Terminal 3 is busy and so not as easy as normal to find the collection area and person - but fortunately mobile phones made it possible. Meet & Greet were there within a few minutes of our arrival and no stress. The car was returned 25-30 minutes after phoning and the service was professional and polite. Will continue using.

I would have given 5* except that the meeting and greeting on outward journey could have been slicker, but car handover on return worked fine. Good value for money.
