It took a little time both on departure and on arrival but overall the convenience of being dropped at the terminal outweighs the 15 to 20 minutes wait. The drivers were courteous.

We had to wait 20 minutes on arrival which stopped the 5 star, but pick up was no wait and the dash cam was not unplugged. Good overall performance.

Due to problems with our PCR tests, we had to go back home and return 2 days later. They still honoured our booking albeit paying a small additional fee. The car was available quickly at the airport. My only issue is that sometimes I can't understand the people who man the phones and for that I deducted a point as it's difficult to follow someone's directions when you can't understand them.

Have used Terminals Parking on numerous occasions and would recommend them . Sometimes have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for car when you return but that makes sure you don’t have to pay for extra car park fee at LHR.
