All very good but the directions to the level of the short stay car park at Heathrow need to be clearer.

Very good service, the only reason I didn’t give it 5 was because of the wait for the car on the return, despite calling twice as requested. Overall excellent.

Our party of 4 were holidaying in India which involved flying out of Heathrow Terminal 4 and back into Terminal 2 so standard parking was not an option. Park and Go was the only parking scheme that worked for us at a sensible price. Drop off at Heathrow was slightly confused but no real problem but pick up at Terminal 2 was perfect. Instructions for making contact on arrival were clear and everything worked as it should. Highly recommended.

Good: Car undamaged. Less good: Had to wait 10 minutes for car to be collected, and 20 minutes to be delivered back (despite us being on time and calling as required). Second time we've used them, they were more prompt the first time. Overall, happy with service. Just.

Drop off was fine, on time and nice polite guy. Return was okay, except even though we called twice as required, we still had to wait 15 minutes, which is really too long compared to other services I have used previously. Car was returned fine, and again a nice friendly guy.
