Very good experience...ease and very good customer service.

We had to wait 20 minutes at the terminal for collection of our car but return was excellent with car waiting when we arrived to pick up.

Efficient meet & greet, On time, sensible prices and car not driven miles to park it. Used twice in one month and all was good. Thank you.

Good service. Good price. We met around the agreed time. In view of my disability, the driver assisted by getting a trolley and taking my bags out of the car. I would definitely book through Park and Go again.

Both Outbound and Inbound processes worked well with a smooth handover and receipt back again. Phone comms within T2 worked well despite the chaos of a Covid effected Heathrow arrival. All I would suggest is that there's an improvement in the Covid hygiene process when receiving the car back and the driver should have disinfected any controls that he used on the way into the airport.

Everything relatively smooth upon arrival, and car there upon return. However when we got to the exit barrier we had to pay £3.50....they obviously got to the car park too early Park And Go sorted this after the event for us.

Our return pick up could of been quicker but overall a good service.

Great service, no waiting on drop off, about 15 minute wait on pick up.
