Wouldn't recommend parking here at all. No system for picking up at airport at all. We just missed the first bus as it was full so okay, we waited 15 minutes for the bus to return. Then we were first in the queue for next bus. The bus came and parked in a different place so people all jumped on and we missed that one too as it was full. No system or order at all. Spoke to driver he said oh not my fault, ring the office if you have a problem. Doesn't matter where you are in the queue or who was there first because you don't know where he's going to park next time he turns up and everybody just jumps on because we all obviously want to get home. I thought when the 3rd bus came he would at least say right you been waiting a while and missed 2 buses so you can get on first but they just don't care.

My experience of this site is a very poor service, on the outward journey no problems, on the return journey it was unbelievable. I phoned as soon as I reached pickup point was told be there shortly, 40 minutes later and 2 more phone calls the bus arrived, When the driver piled every one on there was no room for my wife, I had to get on the bus, go and pick up my car return to the airport to pick up my wife I complained to the driver and at the office but no apologies from anyone from Oakwood Parking. Last time for us to use this service.

Very disappointed, upon arrival no staff available to advise us, one full mini bus parked with other passengers in it, we waited for 20 minutes before heading off to airport. The van was dusty and dirty. The service on the return flight was even worse, all passengers arguing as too many waiting to get on the only one mini bus available. We felt so sorry for the passengers left behind. Disgruntled driver complained that he gets the abuse all the time when the company should employ more drivers. We will not be using this company again.

2nd time used this carpark........and the last!! Bun fight to get on the bus at the airport pickup, driver seemed hurried and clueless. dropped off in car park and told to find own car???even though the returning flight was 2hrs late. Carpark was not lit and was a total lottery as to where it was located, luckily it was dry as stumbling around in an un lit uneven field was a compensation claim in the making !!!

we arrived at midnight at Oakwood but there is no lighting and we had difficulty finding our car. Probably won't park at Oakwood again.

Car is covered in tree sap and scratches Really not a positive experience with this car park. Have sent them a complaint two days ago and no response! Highly recommend using other car parks.

Very un organized on return, in fact man in car park was very rude. Car was filthy dirty, radio channels changed, both front seats adjusted, car had been driven 5 miles and smelt of smoke .... will not use again.

We have used Park & Go on many occasions with no problems but this time unfortunately we had problems on our return using Oakwood parking at Bristol Airport. They had a seven seat minibus to deal with lots of incoming flights! We were told to ring but nobody picks up the phone! When the driver arrived he was arrogant and rude! He had no order or idea of how to cope and after 45 minutes of waiting when I lost my temper with him, he refused to take us back to our car leaving us stranded at the car park! Will never use Oakwood Parking again, zero customer service!!

On arrival for the outward journey the area to park was very overcrowded and it was difficult to manoeuvre vehicles leading to some what chaotic scenes with cars trying to get in and out. The member of staff there was not at all welcoming. The driver of the minibus was very helpful. For the return journey the driver who met us at the airport did not have our details. Fortunately we had the paperwork to hand. This raised stress levels somewhat. When we reached the car park we were put down in a muddy area resulting in rather dirty cases. Not the best parking we have experienced.

Car was not waiting for us when we returned from holiday so had to wait and then when we did get it it looked like it had been raced through a ploughed field and someone had disconnected our camera in the car.
