Been using for years, normally extremely good. But this time let use down big time. Well under staffed, said our car was ready to collect. Had to wait a hour, the car was in a different compound. Might think on using some were else next time. Not what you wanted at 12am👎😡

My car was amazingly dirty on collection and it cost an additional £10 to clean it the following day. Long wait on return as too many passengers and not enough mini buses to cope. Not a good experience.

I found the transport to the airport poor, there was no help what’s so ever loading cases on and off the driver just didn’t want to know. On the return in pouring rain and gales the same, picking my car up from car park, I was not told it had been moved so wandering around in a muddy pot holes uneven ground soaking wet went back to find out that the car was only 50 mtres away. I found the whole experience bad, of coarse in Portugal the complete reverse help to load cases on and off , will not be returning. Most important of all if you have a back complaint stay well clear

Understaffed, long wait times for minibus back from airport, no one answered phone. I'm puzzled where all the customers money goes? New tarmac and office would be a real benefit.

It's the worst iv had here landed in frozen fog got my cases phoned up you pick us up driver said phone when I'm out side it took me 3 minutes to get too the pick up phone again he said he will be10 minutes we where freezing time hr turned up the he parked the van nowear near out car had too get keys and drag suitcases 50 yards up a dirt track will look elsewhere

On return from my holiday my car was covered in mud even on the roof. Also my dash cam was disconnected, why was this surely they should not of done this?

Don’t not use ! Filthy dirty transfer ! No toilet facilities! Suitcases full of mud from car park ! Car now full of mud from walking through car park with suitcases ! Car had clearly been used as 16 miles more on reader ! Topping it all off we arrived from return flight to car park and told to go and find car in a pitch black muddy car park , having to walk around pressing the key to find car !!!

Dropped off car immaculately clean and in working order. Picked it up looked like it had been in the rac rally. Caked in mud. Engine warning light was on had to drive home in limp mode

Disorganized chaos, very bad drop off and collection from the Airport was a shambles, not enough mini buses on, no orderly que, waited 45min then still could not get on, then to get to the car to find it blocked in.
