Reviewed on 16th August 2019The ignition on my car would not start due to a flat battery where someone when moving my car from where it was parked to somewhere else had left something on in the car, also the cap from the battery had not been put back on and as all these checks were made prior to the journey to Bristol, luckily there was someone to jump start the car, but I was not impressed with my stay at this car park and don't see why they have to move the cars about from one place to another!!

Reviewed on 7th August 2019Have used Oakwood a number of times and always been happy however on Monday 5 August we were picked up at the airport by a very contrary bus driver and when we got to the car park there was no one in the office to give back car keys. About 9 customers had to wait in the rain for about 15 minutes before someone finally opened the door and handed out keys. Like I said, usually very good but the team let the side down this week.

Reviewed on 31st July 2019Our car was moved to the pickup sight after 10 days thus proving or battery was good but the lights where left on so that when we came to collect it the battery had been flat for 6 hours. Staff did not have the equipment to jump start our diesel car. my 77 year old parents sat in the car getting cold for 2 hours an 1am in the morning until staff finally used the pickup bus to jump start our car. I will never use this company again. Staff were ill equipped to deal with this and some of the staff were unhelpful saying it wasn't their responsibility and basically saying we had to call the RAC. I know have the cost of £100 in order to replace the battery because mine has been run completely flat and now doesn't hold its charge for as long as it should. Staff said there was no one to contact it was not their responsibility as others who had gone home had left the lights on. So basically they can flatten your battery and not do anything about it and tell you to call the RAC.

Reviewed on 23rd July 2019All started off well until it was time for our holiday to end and get collected from the airport. We rung the number given and said we were just collecting our luggage and we’d be 5 minutes, they told us to ring when we were at the car park and they would be 10-15 minutes, which meant us standing there freezing. We rung back 5 minutes later to say we were there. They picked us up, opened the back of the bus and let three girls put their own cases on the bus. No offer to help or if we were ok. They then collected more people who got on. The two drivers at the front then started to comment on how ‘a girl rung saying they were there, they were only collecting their luggage’ in a high pitches voice mocking us. The whole bus could hear, we all felt there was no need for that. When we arrived back at the site they pulled up, (their language was terrible), yet again let everyone take their luggage’s themselves and left us all to figure out what we had to do. We collected my car and got out of there as quick as possible. Never again.. personally I wish I’d asked for a refund. They were so rude and unprofessional.

Reviewed on 15th June 2019I have always found Oakwood very good and been using them for a few years now and recommended them to others, but unfortunately on this occasion they have damaged my car and my electric wing mirrors no longer work, I am very disappointed.

Reviewed on 13th June 2019Drop off was ok. Pickup was horrendous !!!!!!!!! Only 1 van running to pick up loads of people. Had to wait in rain because van didnt come up to sheltered area, eventually got on 3rd bus, lots of very unhappy people. Why didnt you have more vans running, you knew how many people you were picking up. Very very disappointed with your service.

Reviewed on 6th June 2019This company never normally gives a problem until this time 4/5/2019, a driver collected us from Bristol Airport and a young family put all their stuff on the mini bus including there two young children and their baby. Then the father tried getting on and the driver refused and said there was no seats although the two front seats were empty, we all on the bus told him to let him on and he just carried on driving and ignoring us all, so then the lady was left with 3 children and her luggage on her own we then got back to the car park and he was swearing and shouting and driving and beeping his horn at another lady for walking in front of the bus to the office. Absolute appalling service, couldn’t believe my eyes and ears when he said he couldn’t get on !!!!

Reviewed on 31st May 2019It took twenty minutes to get an answer on the phone when I rang to be picked up from the airport. The mini bus then parked in a different place to pick up and so I didn't see it and it left without me. Another phone call that was at least answered, another wait, at 02.30hrs. Don't wheel your case across a bumpy car park to the collect your car key as you have to wheel it all the way back to find your car in the dark with the advice. 'Press the button-you will see your car then'.

Reviewed on 27th May 2019Going out was fine. On return was an utter shambles. No organisation, no order. They had no idea how many people they had to pick up and was a free for all. That meant a lady in a wheel chair and a young girl on crutches were left for 30mins in the cold at midnight while everyone else helped themselves to a seat despite not being their turn. Driver not interested either. Zero customer service.
