Reviewed on 26th October 2019Although the service was quick the experience I had was awful, Driver of mini bus just sat there while my wife and I put luggage in the back and when I picked my car up the mat on drivers side was covered in mud there was no attempt to wipe the mud it was just left on the mat I look after my car and would expect the same treatment it was lazy and very unprofessional

Reviewed on 19th October 2019Poor customer service from pickup driver.Poor internal standard of bus.Poor lighting in car park. Car rear light had been damaged BUT replaced but no mention when keys picked up. Car, suitcases,f ootwear all covered in mud due to car being left in soft, wet, ill lit position (I appreciate the weather has been very bad). Car radio not working properly now. Very poor service, will never use again and cancelled future booking. Service has gone down hill over the last year.You need to up your game as present format is not acceptable and you have just lost a loyal repeat customer.

Reviewed on 18th October 2019Very disappointed with Oakwood parking, we used them last year and were fine, this year when we got there it was pelting with rain, I got out to get help with mobility scooter and was told they don’t take them anymore it’s on their terms and conditions they said, which we didn’t have because we booked through park and go, we had to drive to airport offload scooter and I had to stay with it, in the wet and cold while my partner had to drive back to Oakwood to park the car, and visa versus when we came home. What a hassle, not a good start to our holiday, won’t use them again.

Reviewed on 4th October 2019Drivers were miserable, didn't speak to you nicely, if they spoke at all. Drivers stood back & watched women & the elderly load their own bags. Vans were old wrecks & dirty. Would not recommend or use again.

Reviewed on 28th September 2019At the airport the drive did not load our baggage on to the bus but stood there and let us do it. Then we were taken by their bus to their parking lot, unload our baggage ourselves and told go and get our keys and then look for our car (in the dark). It took a long time to find it only to discover that it was blocked in by another car. They knew when we were expected to arrive. Not a parking lot to be recommended.

Reviewed on 9th September 2019Not organised and unprofessional company. I will never use Oakwood again and never recommend. Waited a hour to get picked up everyone just diving into bus and I had no chance getting on it with a pram and 2 young ones I waited a hour then the last bus had one space which then my partner had to go and get the car him self for the driver to say u paid for parking not the bus when booking advised said there was a bus every 2 mins the driver attitude was shocking and the bus services was unorganised Shocking and I will not be recommending

Reviewed on 9th September 2019Absolutely rudest staff member I have ever encountered, when phoning from Bristol Airport to arrange pickup my wife stated she was disabled only to be told “ oh really when did you decide this - today was it “ then went on a rant about lying to gain pity and put the phone down. Shocking treatment, I advise everyone thinking about using Oakwood parking to go elsewhere 😡😡😡

Reviewed on 7th September 2019The driver who took us to the airport was great. However everything else was rubbish ..we had to wait 25 minutes to be picked up, the driver who picked us up was miserable and didn't say hello, goodbye or offer to put our suitcases in the minibus. When we got back to the car we were blocked in and had to wait for a driver to come back to move the car so we could get out. We were very disappointed as had used Oakwood before and never had any problems.

Reviewed on 5th September 2019Everything was fine until we picked the car up, it had been moved and left with the power button on, so it was completely flat, it took two days to get it charged back up.....big inconvenience.
