At the airport the drive did not load our baggage on to the bus but stood there and let us do it. Then we were taken by their bus to their parking lot, unload our baggage ourselves and told go and get our keys and then look for our car (in the dark). It took a long time to find it only to discover that it was blocked in by another car. They knew when we were expected to arrive. Not a parking lot to be recommended.

Not organised and unprofessional company. I will never use Oakwood again and never recommend. Waited a hour to get picked up everyone just diving into bus and I had no chance getting on it with a pram and 2 young ones I waited a hour then the last bus had one space which then my partner had to go and get the car him self for the driver to say u paid for parking not the bus when booking advised said there was a bus every 2 mins the driver attitude was shocking and the bus services was unorganised Shocking and I will not be recommending

Absolutely rudest staff member I have ever encountered, when phoning from Bristol Airport to arrange pickup my wife stated she was disabled only to be told “ oh really when did you decide this - today was it “ then went on a rant about lying to gain pity and put the phone down. Shocking treatment, I advise everyone thinking about using Oakwood parking to go elsewhere 😡😡😡

The driver who took us to the airport was great. However everything else was rubbish ..we had to wait 25 minutes to be picked up, the driver who picked us up was miserable and didn't say hello, goodbye or offer to put our suitcases in the minibus. When we got back to the car we were blocked in and had to wait for a driver to come back to move the car so we could get out. We were very disappointed as had used Oakwood before and never had any problems.

Everything was fine until we picked the car up, it had been moved and left with the power button on, so it was completely flat, it took two days to get it charged back up.....big inconvenience.

The ignition on my car would not start due to a flat battery where someone when moving my car from where it was parked to somewhere else had left something on in the car, also the cap from the battery had not been put back on and as all these checks were made prior to the journey to Bristol, luckily there was someone to jump start the car, but I was not impressed with my stay at this car park and don't see why they have to move the cars about from one place to another!!

Have used Oakwood a number of times and always been happy however on Monday 5 August we were picked up at the airport by a very contrary bus driver and when we got to the car park there was no one in the office to give back car keys. About 9 customers had to wait in the rain for about 15 minutes before someone finally opened the door and handed out keys. Like I said, usually very good but the team let the side down this week.

Our car was moved to the pickup sight after 10 days thus proving or battery was good but the lights where left on so that when we came to collect it the battery had been flat for 6 hours. Staff did not have the equipment to jump start our diesel car. my 77 year old parents sat in the car getting cold for 2 hours an 1am in the morning until staff finally used the pickup bus to jump start our car. I will never use this company again. Staff were ill equipped to deal with this and some of the staff were unhelpful saying it wasn't their responsibility and basically saying we had to call the RAC. I know have the cost of £100 in order to replace the battery because mine has been run completely flat and now doesn't hold its charge for as long as it should. Staff said there was no one to contact it was not their responsibility as others who had gone home had left the lights on. So basically they can flatten your battery and not do anything about it and tell you to call the RAC.

All started off well until it was time for our holiday to end and get collected from the airport. We rung the number given and said we were just collecting our luggage and we’d be 5 minutes, they told us to ring when we were at the car park and they would be 10-15 minutes, which meant us standing there freezing. We rung back 5 minutes later to say we were there. They picked us up, opened the back of the bus and let three girls put their own cases on the bus. No offer to help or if we were ok. They then collected more people who got on. The two drivers at the front then started to comment on how ‘a girl rung saying they were there, they were only collecting their luggage’ in a high pitches voice mocking us. The whole bus could hear, we all felt there was no need for that. When we arrived back at the site they pulled up, (their language was terrible), yet again let everyone take their luggage’s themselves and left us all to figure out what we had to do. We collected my car and got out of there as quick as possible. Never again.. personally I wish I’d asked for a refund. They were so rude and unprofessional.

I have always found Oakwood very good and been using them for a few years now and recommended them to others, but unfortunately on this occasion they have damaged my car and my electric wing mirrors no longer work, I am very disappointed.
