Reviewed on 4th February 2020Car was absolutely stinking, full of mud even on the seats and windows! Had no offer of a refund, just a mere apology. Have photos of dirt if needed for proof. Also, had a phone call 2 days after collection asking when I would be collecting my car, seems the organisation and professionalism here really needs updating. Disappointed, well worth paying the extra cash to park in the airport.

Reviewed on 11th December 2019When we got back to Bristol Airport we waited nearly half an hour to be picked up. Could not get through to office or driver. They do not monitor the flights as other car parking services I have used in the past have done.

Reviewed on 10th December 2019Drivers very abrupt and rude, pick up driver had us waiting 20 minutes in pouring down rain. My car drivers footwell covered in muck, car park area very very mucky.

Reviewed on 26th November 2019Very poor service... car Park was very muddy... minibus dirty... on return, walked 1/2 mile from airport as driver was very rude on phone and couldn’t guarantee a pick up for quite a while. Won’t use again.

Reviewed on 21st November 2019We were left with the car key in the middle of muddy and dark car park and advised by the driver to look for our car by ourselves as he had to go for next customers. The car was not prepared in the collection section, so I run though the car park clicking the key and hoping for the car to respond. When I asked the other driver he appeared to be more helpful, went to the office to check where the car could be. The car was found at the back of the office building. For some reason was left open. As I was seeking for my car for a while my car key run flat so in some way good it was left open but I am not happy it was kept unsecure.

Reviewed on 26th October 2019Although the service was quick the experience I had was awful, Driver of mini bus just sat there while my wife and I put luggage in the back and when I picked my car up the mat on drivers side was covered in mud there was no attempt to wipe the mud it was just left on the mat I look after my car and would expect the same treatment it was lazy and very unprofessional

Reviewed on 19th October 2019Poor customer service from pickup driver.Poor internal standard of bus.Poor lighting in car park. Car rear light had been damaged BUT replaced but no mention when keys picked up. Car, suitcases,f ootwear all covered in mud due to car being left in soft, wet, ill lit position (I appreciate the weather has been very bad). Car radio not working properly now. Very poor service, will never use again and cancelled future booking. Service has gone down hill over the last year.You need to up your game as present format is not acceptable and you have just lost a loyal repeat customer.

Reviewed on 18th October 2019Very disappointed with Oakwood parking, we used them last year and were fine, this year when we got there it was pelting with rain, I got out to get help with mobility scooter and was told they don’t take them anymore it’s on their terms and conditions they said, which we didn’t have because we booked through park and go, we had to drive to airport offload scooter and I had to stay with it, in the wet and cold while my partner had to drive back to Oakwood to park the car, and visa versus when we came home. What a hassle, not a good start to our holiday, won’t use them again.

Reviewed on 4th October 2019Drivers were miserable, didn't speak to you nicely, if they spoke at all. Drivers stood back & watched women & the elderly load their own bags. Vans were old wrecks & dirty. Would not recommend or use again.
