Reviewed on 11th October 2021Driver was very rude and our car was in the middle of a pitch black muddy yard at 01:30 For us to find. Would not use again.

Reviewed on 4th October 2021We arrived at Bristol Airport at 11.10, half an hour late. I phoned the number as we left baggage reclaim and was told to ring agin when we were outside. I did and was told the bus would be 10 mins! Twenty five minutes later the minibus arrived- there were around 30 people waiting! We had to wait for the bus to return again. Apparently, there was only 1 driver and he was also distributing keys! Really poor service- will not be using again!

Reviewed on 2nd October 2021First and last time using this place. They never turned up to collect us . The kind hearted Dean Martin who works in the next car park kindly brought us back to oakwood. The place was a mud bath our case wheels were full of mud and the mats in my car the same .Such rude people in the reception. For years I have used park Farm excellent and was so sad this has now ceased trading .Oakwood an utter shambles. Dean went over to the driver and told him he picked us up didn't even apologise disgraceful . You have lost a very good customer as we travel usually 4 times at least a year.

Reviewed on 20th September 2021Outbound was fine, friendly & prompt service. On returning, the driver refused to take our golf clubs claiming they had no room. We had to send one person back to retrieve the car & drive back to the airport to pick up clubs. There was no mention of this outbound. Cost us an extra £4 to exit.

Reviewed on 5th September 2021We have used Oakwood Parking tens of times in the past and always rated it, often recommending it to friends and family. However, after our latest experience, we would NEVER use them again. We landed at 22:50, got our bags and rang to say we were heading out. We had to wait 20mins for the minibus to arrive - a bit annoying but no problem really. When it arrived, it seated 12. There were at least 25 people waiting to get on the mini bus. We asked if there was another bus on the way to be told that not only was there not another bus, there was also no one at the office. So we had to wait for the driver to take the first load back, give out all the keys and the drive back to get us. Pregnant, tired and cold, I was look at another 30min wait standing at the drop and go car park. My partner ended up running the mile to the airport to meet the minibus there and collect our car and then came back to get me. Not even a sorry from the driver. I just can’t understand how this was planned, everyone has to enter their flight number and return time so Oakwood must have known how many people to expect?? Never again!

Reviewed on 4th February 2020Car was absolutely stinking, full of mud even on the seats and windows! Had no offer of a refund, just a mere apology. Have photos of dirt if needed for proof. Also, had a phone call 2 days after collection asking when I would be collecting my car, seems the organisation and professionalism here really needs updating. Disappointed, well worth paying the extra cash to park in the airport.

Reviewed on 11th December 2019When we got back to Bristol Airport we waited nearly half an hour to be picked up. Could not get through to office or driver. They do not monitor the flights as other car parking services I have used in the past have done.

Reviewed on 10th December 2019Drivers very abrupt and rude, pick up driver had us waiting 20 minutes in pouring down rain. My car drivers footwell covered in muck, car park area very very mucky.

Reviewed on 26th November 2019Very poor service... car Park was very muddy... minibus dirty... on return, walked 1/2 mile from airport as driver was very rude on phone and couldn’t guarantee a pick up for quite a while. Won’t use again.

Reviewed on 21st November 2019We were left with the car key in the middle of muddy and dark car park and advised by the driver to look for our car by ourselves as he had to go for next customers. The car was not prepared in the collection section, so I run though the car park clicking the key and hoping for the car to respond. When I asked the other driver he appeared to be more helpful, went to the office to check where the car could be. The car was found at the back of the office building. For some reason was left open. As I was seeking for my car for a while my car key run flat so in some way good it was left open but I am not happy it was kept unsecure.
