Awful!!! Not one friendly staff member. Both your receptionists need a lesson in customer service as well as just being civilised. Your driver needs to be told not to call other drivers names.

Having parked at Oak wood several times without any problems this time was different my wife arrived back late on Friday evening the car was parked at the top end of a very dark car park with no lighting and then the next morning I discovered a large dent in the passenger door ( obviously from another door ) as the car is only 2 years and in immaculate condition I’m really disappointed and will not park there again

Well what an absolute disgrace this business is.No drivers to collect from airport running 1 mini bus when you have literally 30+ people waiting & leaving people and young ones to stand in a queue in the early hours and allowing people to barge in front of the queue and to allow this is disgusting .They know the flight arrival times as you have to tell them this when booking so Why only 1 bus ???Then to have to queue AGAIN to collect car keys. After I walked from airport because the wait would have been too long I hasten to add .The staff did not have a clue what they were doing as they had people checking in and collecting cars at the same time Cowboy outfit is doing cowboys a disservice Never ever again stay well clear ….that’s my advice

GOING OUT NOT TO BAD. COMING BACK SHAMBLES WAITED 1HOUR FOR PICKUP ONLY 1 MINI COACH ON PICKUPS FOR ABOUT 75 PEOPLE. PEOPLE STANDING IN WRONG PLACES NO SIGNS. BACK AT PARKING ANOTHER WAIT FOR KEYS GOING OUT AND PICKUP KEYS. ALL IN SAME PLACE. COULD NOT FIND CAR, NO LIGHTS. CAR TRAPPED IN ANOTHER 25 MIN WAIT.

We had to wait almost an hour and half in a very long queue in the cold at 2am in the morning. 1 12 seater mini bus with an old chap who struggled getting cases on & off. People were jumping the queue and a middle aged couple got in the front seat after we had been stood waiting an hour the driver did nothing, no apologise given. Then had to queue again at the office to get the keys and then wait for our car as it was blocked in.

Terrible experience on return to collect car, could not get onto the transfer bus as there was lots of people waiting missed 3 buses, I flagged it down because I had a disabled person with me and they just ignored us and drove passed us. Waiting over 1 hour to finally get onto transfer bus.

If i could give a 0 i would! On return journey driver was rude, arrogant and would'nt help with our luggage. Went to collect keys, asked where the car was parked and was told "up there somewhere, either on left or right"!!!! (So were hundreds of other cars).

Poor Service provided. Queued for drop off, and it took 1 hour between calling the company from the airport to actually picking my car up! I don't know where cars are parked up but my car was absolutely covered in dust on collection.

I am a regular customer of yours having stayed there several times. We arrived home at 0300 hrs on the 1st of July and I was horrified to find my vehicle completely covered in bird droppings and I mean completely covered, the next day I spent £10 on a car was and the car was still covered it had hardened on the paint work so I have just spent over 3and a half hours this morning cleaning the car. Very disappointed to say the least.
