Reviewed on 7th February 2022Avoid this car park. I have used this car park before with no issues. This time it was a total nightmare. They are only using 1 bus to transfer customers and the time you wait either to be taken to the airport or picked up from the airport is staggering. The bus they use is running on its last life, when they picked us up from the airport the back door blew off when they opened snapping the hinges. It took me and another customer to try and wedge it back shut as this was the only bus they have and the driver said she has still got multiple runs to do. I will be paying the extra next time and booking elsewhere.

Reviewed on 14th December 2021No help with the suitcases. My car was full of mud. The screen had mud on it and the inside of my car. My tyres were full of mud too. I was very disappointed.

Reviewed on 11th December 2021Absolutely disgraceful organisation, car park full of mud, cars parked in muddy field. Transport to airport in dirty mini bus with totally unhelpful staff. On return had to wait quite some time to be collected from pick up point by yet again the dirty mini bus with a very rude and in helpful driver, on return to the parking area no help when asked where the car was parked other than outside the building or in the car park across the road. Would not use this place again or recommend it to anyone, totally in professional and a shambles .

Reviewed on 1st December 2021Extremely disappointed with the service received. After landing back in Bristol we expected the bus to be waiting for us. There were roughly 40 people waiting to be collected with us. After waiting 45 mins in the freezing cold, the driver for the company told us it would be easier if ‘the drivers only’ got on the bus to get our cars & collect us from the airport, resulting in us all having to pay a charge to leave the airport. Extremely disappointing service & will never use them again

Reviewed on 11th November 2021Arrival was easy and straight forward with nice enough staff. However, the return was anything but. We called as we got to the 'drop & go' as instructed to which the (very rude) man on the phone said he would be there soon... 30 mins later in the rain he showed up screeching the minibus around the car park and not even saying as much as a hello. Bear in mind it takes roughly 5 mins to get to the airport from the car park and it was a Monday night with zero traffic! When we got back, the man in the office couldn't find our keys for about 5 mins, our car was then parked at the back of the car park (which wasn't too much of an issue but perhaps having some sort of idea where the car is might have helped, especially in the rain and mud) then the car was unlocked, covered in mud AND had a totally flat battery!! The guy from the front desk came with a battery starter pack and couldn't even work out how to use the pack, luckily we did. After a very worrying 10 mins of our car flashing and beeping at us the battery managed to charge itself. Overall, wouldn't use again or recommend purely on the returning experience!

Reviewed on 17th October 2021When arrived back to pick up my car, they couldn’t find my key for my car, had a lot of abuse and attitude from the guy on the front desk he is appalling. Waited for30 minutes after arriving at the car park before finally they found my key. Avoid this car park at all cost. Terrible customer service, no empathy whatsoever, I would rather pay a more expensive car park and have confidence that my car is being looked after and good customer service

Reviewed on 12th October 2021Terrible. Returned in time. After queuing for a while told cat not there. Then told car was coming bacj. Then 2 guys turned up said my car still in field and going to get it. Car finally turned up. Not a good service I have used this company before but never again
